Okay, I think I got this down now. Too much nomenclature for infrequent posters. Quite the learning curve for us to understand what we're discussing again. These are the people we should be thanking for their hard work keeping up Disney standards.
The Honorable Sheriff: Team Disney Orlando.

The successful HoP refurb really has the Doom and Gloom Society (DAGS) worked into a frenzy I see. Perfect! 
74 assumes that the sheriff reference is Iger. As usual he is wrong. 100% wrong. And it's not Lasseter either as someone thought. When it becomes so obvious that even the most die hard DAG can't deny there is a new Sheriff, I'll be happy to reveal the answer. Until then, rage on DAGS, it actually compliments you. :lol:

But there is still more to be done in Epcot. Much more! If they keep these little touches going - at about once or twice a month at each park, then we can be estatic.
The parks have been dormant way to long at WDW. In my opinion, at least one project should be going on in each park at any moment. Magic Kingdom has Space & Hall, the later almost done - excellent! Epcot has... nothing (I don't count SSE because it has taken them WAY to long to even consider it part of 2007's refurb... Two years ago). DHS - nothing as of now (but Luxo just got put up - a great plus in my book) AK - nothing for a long time! E:E and Musical were new years ago. Why don't they finally fix E:E or Dinosaur. Give them a Haunted Mansion type refurb.
So only one (maybe two parks) with anything substantal going on... not good! At least get some more *should be* yearly refurbs up on the drawing board.

Wrong. Most, if not all, have actually applauded the effort or, in 74's case (since you've got a man-crush on him), they are waiting until they see it in person.

In other words, it was Iger but when multiple people shared Iger's (and others) problems you started to look for someone else. As of right now, you're looking for someone in the company to go balls to the wall fixing and/or add things to WDW. Once they clean up parts of "the world" you'll claim that they were the "new sheriff" and that it was another grand plan (since you seem to believe there is a grand plan for every freaking thing in WDW)

Blueskydisney is just a blog and Honor Hunter just collects rumors and news from various others including Al Lutz, WDWMagic, laughingplace, jim hill, assosciated press, 3rd string fansites, and screamscape. He does not speak for the Walt Disney Company (Though I am sure they appricate the fact he gets the fanboys all excited dreaming of a future that may or may not happen!).
Oh and I love how you say all those that question you are in a frenzy because HOP is a good refurb (which most us said would probably end up being good in the first place). Yes HOP is a good refurb and so was the HM refurb so that means POOF all of Disney's problems are gone? Heck no. Your just trying to spin things as usual.
and Im going to assume that the "disney fans/DVCers/APers" are the "new sherif"? In which case you would still be wrong.

There is no new sherrif... Maybe there is... Might be that kid.. what's his name?? Howard Rubens... Graduate from Princeton, or is it Yale, with a degree is business... He's a MBA.. put in creative control... cause, well, he knows money....

Now...when I see an announcement like "Disney Announces New Weather Pavillion To Replace Wonders of Life"....then I will give them a "Way to go."
Otherwise...I won't get excited over them doing what they should be doing anyway. Seriously....Woo-Hoo! New lightbulbs! Way to go!
Very well said. Luckily we do have the seemingly fantastic HoP refurb to be happy about. I thought that attraction would be completely replaced before it would see an extensive rehab like this. THAT is something to get excited about.
