If anyone has better insight: HB9B that created the CFTOD stripped it of the right to collect tolls. Can that be amended to allow tolls to be collected, if so did the Development Agreement cover that possibility?

We ended up with APs and had an AP discount at Hard Rock in June 2021. Even after the discount, Express Pass for the 3 of us purchased separately would have cost us more than a room itself. More important: we could buy EP early when cheaper months away, but if we need to cancel we're out money...

This seems a reasonable policy that would avoid many of the problems with VQ. The other thing would be for Disney to get better at estimating return times. Even after a year with GotG estimated times at 7am are way off.
