Tall/Skinny Bellhop at Tower of Terror?

Just go to Guest Relations next time you are at the studios. I'm sure if you wrote something about TJ, they'd know exactly who you are talking about.

    The return of Mowgli?

The park opened with a Jungle Book show in the Theater in the Wild. It only ran for about a year before Tarzan Rocks replaced it.

Name of Early 90's MGM Firework Show?

They've had Sorcery in the Sky several times since the hat was put up. It was the New Years Eve show until a few years ago.

If Walt were alive, what ride or attraction would impress him the most?

Indiana Jones Adventure, Space Mountain at Disneyland. Tower of Terror at Walt Disney World.

Disney's Electrical Parade Floats are Leaving Disneyland (picture)

It will definitely be the Main Street Electrical Parade. It doesn't take much work to change the drum. The only reason it was called Disney's Electrical Parade is because DCA doesn't have a Main Street. And the farewell thing only applies to Disneyland Park.

    Mobile Magic TV Commercial FAIL!

The Move It Shake It Cr*p fest was probably going on, blocking his path through the hub, and the castle was probably closed off for the next performance of Dream Along with Mickey, so the only path was through the Crystal Palace, across the Adventureland/Liberty Square bridge, along the edge of...

Attractions that haven't aged very well

The problem is that Jeopardy is still on the air, has a different set, and Trebek hasn't had a mustache in 8 years. Not to mention Ellen and Jamie Lee Curtis have aged considerably. The point being that while the material covered might not be dated, the attraction still shows its age.

    The Story of the Triangles

It isn't even a case of what they did to the descent. It's the way it's presented. The entire descent, including the lame video, would be much easier to accept if the surrounding area didn't look like it was hit by a bomb. It's the obviously visible infrastructure- chicken wire, air...

Rank your top 10 parks in North America

It's definitely on my list to visit someday. The general consensus is that Top Thrill Dragster is better than Kingda Ka simply because of the lap bars instead of OTSRs, but I'd still like to be able to say I've been on the tallest coaster on the planet. That plus El Toro, Nitro, Bizarro...

Rank your top 10 parks in North America

    1. Disneyland 2. Magic Kingdom 3. Cedar Point 4. Epcot 5. Disney's California Adventure 6. Sea World 7. Disney's Animal Kingdom 8. Disney's Hollywood Studios 9. Universal's Islands of Adventure 10. Universal Studios Florida A few years ago Epcot would have been number 2, and now I feel...

Peter Pan's Flight exterior refurbishment complete

If you honestly think that everything in MK should be rebuilt to be like Disneyland, you are disillusioned. The MK has some definite design flaws, but that's the people who built the place in the 70s' fault, not current management. All we can really ask for is that they keep the place clean...

    Splash Mounain Hardware

Unless the worklights were on, the ride was not broken. It was most likely an intrusion. Now if it was broken down, it was most likely a non resetable ride stop, which can be caused by a variety of things, but mostly because the computer feels like it. For instance, if one of the sensors...

Disney's Reaction to Harry Potter Details?

By industry standards, Space Mountain is considered one coaster, just like Primeval Whirl, Gemini at Cedar Point, American Eagle at Six Flags Great America, or Colossus at Magic Mountain. And don't say that it's because Omega is like 9 feet longer or whatever. Dueling Dragons is definitely...

SPACE MOUNTAIN- I assure you, we are SOFT re-OPEN!!!

Prefer the WDW version if you must, but don't pretend like the Anaheim version is sleep inducing. It's much better at creating the sensation of speed and smoothness, which is what a trip through space should be about. On an unrelated note, last time I was on our Space Mountain, I used fastpass...

2 things I noticed about SGE

Agreed. Each time I do SGE (which is only twice in 6 years), I get through the preshow and am thoroughly entertained. It does a good job setting up the attraction, but the actual show is flat and I leave vowing never to waste 15 minutes of my life ever again.

2 things I noticed about SGE

It's juvenile, the writing is horrible, the plot makes no sense, you sit in darkness for 80% of the show, the ending is anticlimatic, it's not entertaining, it replaced a classic attraction, and it doesn't belong in Tomorrowland because it's a prequel to a film that takes place in the PRESENT.

Yeti been switched out for repair? Something new in the cave

While I agree the ride must be fixed, you know exactly what would happen if they did that. Just look at the response on here when they closed SSE, Haunted Mansion, and Space Mountain for extended periods. "That's during our trip! This is ridiculous. Why would they do this?" Disney really...

Toy Story Mania 3 week refurb in August?

I've heard this too. It's because they are adding exit gates. Apparently there's a problem with guests getting close to the vehicles after exiting the ride.
