    What did you do?

Ran 16 miles this morning and I felt great. My pace was about 8:30 per mile and the weather was perfect for running, unlike my long run last week. Next scheduled race is the warriors dash on September 10th.

Started my 16 mile run at 7:30 this morning and the weather was perfect for going on a run......until I was halfway back to my house and then it started down-pour. Nevertheless, it was still a good run.

    What did you do?

Ran 12 miles this morning at 6am in the metro-parks, which had turned into a swamp during some parts. After coming home real quick to eat breakfast, I had to get to my soccer tournament and played four games. So that should put me up to 14 miles for the day.

I think every race should have....

That is a great idea. It will wear out everyone else, so us "gazelles" can have more room to run. Just kidding.

I think every race should have....

That might not prove to slow down all six foot people. Some would probably have no problem with it, like me.

    do you remember?

What I remember most about that pavilion was in the center of one of the main rooms was a big pinball maze that took around 8 people to maneuver it. The person in charge of it was someone who refereed to himself as the real slim shady.

    What did you do?

Finished the Cleveland Half-Marathon this morning. Still suffered from sinus problems due to the weather, but still finished in 1:34:20, which is still a PR. Despite the issues I had, I'm still happy with my run.
