    What did you do?

I only ran 16 miles this morning, cause I'm cutting back a little for my race in two weeks. The weather was great for running. I finished in 2 hours and 20 minutes, which is a little under a 9 minute mile pace. It would have been faster, but before my run I banged my knee into a metal handle...

    What did you do?

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I completed my very first 20 mile long run this morning. I did not keep track of my pave during the run, but I finished in 2 hours and 50 minutes. I was am happy with that since it was my first 20 miler and I got less than 6 hours of sleep last night. My...

    What did you do?

Thanks! I was getting a little nervous that I wasn't going to be able to and that all this training was for nothing but increasing my mileage, which isn't a bad thing, but running the Goofy is going to be so much better. I want to work up to 24 mile long runs and 10 mile runs the day...

    What did you do?

So to start off, I was finally able to register for the Goofy Challenge this January. With that in mind, I continued my training with an 18 mile long run yesterday morning. I maintained an 8 minute mile pace for the entire run. I had no discomfort at all and felt that I could do a...

    What did you do?

Ran 6 miles today on a perfect sunny day, which was awesome cause I had to run on the treadmill this whole weekend do to the storms. Weight lifting twice tomorrow, then possibly 18 miles on Friday or Sunday. It depends on whether I'm able to register for the Goofy Challenge. I have been...

    What did you do?

Woke up at 6:30am to get my 16 miles in today. Unfortunately, I had to run all of it on the treadmill because it was a complete downpour outside. I watched the Merseyside Derby EPL game, which made it go by fast. I kept a 8:30 minute mile pace throughout the run. Now I'm relaxing before my...

    What did you do?

Ran 6 miles today at a 7:30 minute mile pace and felt good the entire time. Just getting over a soft tissue problem the past couple days. Not sure what my long run will be this week since I have two soccer games to play. This is also my first week lifting weights twice a day, so we will...

    What did you do?

Yesterday, I ran 16 miles and ran about another 1.5 at soccer practice. The rain held off just enough for me to finish my long run, which was good. My pace was about the same as last weeks. Today, I lifted weight in the morning before going to the indians game. I'm about to do some more...

    What did you do?

Another great run today. I ran the Cleveland Heroes 5 mile run this morning. My finishing time was 33:53, which was 2 minutes faster than last years and got 2nd in my age group. What the heck? Lets just do the goofy challenge now!

How many people does it take to eat a kitchen sink?

No. I just happen to be a guy who has a huge appetite and fast metabolism!:D

    What did you do?

Finished the Warriors Dash this morning. Not sure what my time was since it goes all day. I enjoyed myself to the fullest. My wave started at 8:30, which made the course less muddy (although it was still hard to get through). I'll post some pictures when they are released to give you guys...

How many people does it take to eat a kitchen sink?

I finished one all by myself when I was down there for the marathon in 2010.

    What did you do?

Had to run my 18 mile long run today because I have race tomorrow. It was a good day to run out side. Yesterday it looked like it was supposed to rain hard this morning, but thankfully it did not. I would have dreaded running that long on the treadmill. My pace was 8-8:30 minutes per...

    What did you do?

Thanks! See you at the starting line as well. Are you going a specific time for both races or just taking it all in?

    What did you do?

Ran 15 miles this morning. The temp only got up to 65 degrees, which was perfect running weather. My pace was 8:30 minute miles, which was slower than normal for me, but I have a soccer game in a couple hours and I wanted to save up energy for that.

    What did you do?

Incredible run Nick! I would probably try a solo 50 miler, but there there not many good places to run around where I Live. This morning I completed 17 miles, which is the longest distance I have ran since I started running 2 years ago.
