And I agree with you completely. And saying that Lightning was going 10 MPH was generous. It was probably closer to 4 or 5 MPH. I didn't think they could manage to slow down LMA any more than it already was.

It shows what they could do easily but are choosing not to do. It also shows that they know it is unacceptable if they didn't want "the boss" to see it.

The package can arrive as late as 10 day before you depart. If you worked with a travel agent, likely the package will go direct to them first, before they forward it on to you.
