Pre-teen boys are a hit-or-miss, but a surprising amount are ok with it. Younger children and adults, however, make up most of the reservations and are totally into it. The pirates phase is far from dying.
I don't think a lot of people realize that young kids are still completely hooked on the...
OR it could be due to the fact that no one knows what the Pirates League actually is? The most common question over there is, "Is this a restaurant? What kind of food do you have?"
If Disney decided to advertise for it, there'd be a wait every day.
Everyone who does it loves the experience...
They have a girly pink and black dress for little girl pirates ONLY, and a more "Elizabeth Swann"-ish top for both girls and women (...and men, but it works). Boys have a variety of costumes.
That is entirely true if they plan ahead to skip a section, but if there's a technical problem that occurs unexpectedly, they'll stall the show (usually with the characters walking around clapping such as in this example) while the techs try to fix it and if they're unable to, they'll be forced...
No worries, folks, this happens all the time. There is no permanent change. The blue bird could not fly for many reasons: Moto the red bird could be missing from the show causing her to not fly because she needs a partner, the scheduled Maji (Blue bird) could have called out and a performer not...
Sadly, they stopped breakfast for no reason other than they are "listening to the Guests" who apparently don't want breakfast. And as cool as it would be to have another character breakfast, the restaurant isn't layed out well for that; there isn't enough room to accommodate the characters on or...
Sign language wouldn't be possible; there'd be no way to illustrate the hand motions on those banners, they're too thin.
It's more than likely illustrated in Braille, which uses a specific pattern of six dots to signify single letters and therefore would fit well on the ribbons. It isn't meant...
I really liked this parade and will definitely recommend it to my Guests. That being said, it's definitely not my favorite, but it'll be a great guest experience as a whole. The roll-out music is super catchy and pop-ish (Think HSM), the characters were well-placed on the floats, the dancers'...
It always seems to get worse during the winter holidays. Hopefully it's doing all the breaking now so there'll be nothing to worry about during the Christmas/New Years rush, but I'm not even thinking about taking an extra shift if that shows how much faith I have in it staying functional. :ROFLOL:
RSoxNo1, you are correct. Everyone does the Hand Jive segment and then it fades directly into 'Be Prepared'.
That's my favorite alternate version of the show(I'm not a crazy monkey person), followed very closely by the alt. 'Can You Feel the Love Tonight' which occurs when there's only one bird...
