So, when is Rat supposed to open? There's a good chance we will be in the area early next March and my wife is already making plans to visit Epcot for F&G.

Summer seems to be their new target for opening things (Galaxy's Edge, TSL). It used to be Memorial Day ... lol. I'm assuming it will be open for Food and Wine time
