I would've gotten a lanyard after exiting Maelstrom if I wasn't a CM at the time. The first time I see a Dream Squad CM is my first day having fun at the parks as a CM. :lol:

I had a dream last night that I won a dream fastpass...I got off of a ride, I can't remember it now, but the line was moving really slowly...I was wondering why, but then I realized that they were giving them out. They were different than that ones I saw last time though. They were just a solid plastic sheet and they had the attractions listed with a little place to scratch off underneath. When you went on the ride, the CM scratched it off. It was insanely vivid!

Last Oct. we were always the people right behind or right in front of the winners. I was so annoyed by the time we left watching everyone else get ears and fastpasses. Next time I am going to rent a little kid to carry around just to have a better chance. :ROFLOL:

We are always there with my 7 year old daughter, 11 year old niece and sometimes my 3 year old nephew...and we still never win! They are all cute as can be too. It must be me.

On my porch today was a box from Disney Parks...another pair of ears for me. This one is all blue and says, "Year of a Million Dreams" on it. The other 2 I have won were the ones with the clouds.

I want to win a DVC!!

My niece was chosen to be the "Princess of the Day". She was dressed as Belle and we were on our way to Epcot for a breakfast at Norway with the princesses.

The bus driver announced as we entered Epcot that we had a very special guest aboard and to please wait until she is escorted off the red carpet.

We all wondered who he was talking about then realized it was my neice! They had a red carpet rolled out at the bus stop and had 4 cast members with balloons snapping photos of her as she walked down the red carpet.

Then a man came over and explained that she was the Princess of all of Epcot for the whole day and they let us into the park early.

We got tons of pictures of just our family in front of Spaceship Earth with no one else in the background so it was really a great experience for all of us.

Me too! I came home today and found a box on my front porch. Inside were the new dream ears - only they are not like the ones awarded in the parks. These are solid royal blue with white ears. They have the YOAMD patch on the front and "Live Your Dream" in white letters across the back. I also have dream ears and lanyard/pins from last year.

I won a dream lanyard and pins at DAK on April 22 just as I got off EE.

I agree that the DVC would be fantastic. I'm still hoping for the castel suite :king: but I am happy to have won anything.

I won 3 pairs of ears last year by mail. I have been sending in postcards almost everyday since the new contest started and today was the first time I got something. I received a pair of royal blue ears without the clouds. I wonder why they don't have clouds on them? :veryconfu I liked the ones last year better, but I am happy to win something!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did not have to sign for the package. It was sitting near my door when I got home from class.

I got 4 pairs of blue ears today. The blue ears were substitutes for the 2007 ears when they ran out. They started being sent out in January (I think) and were for the end of 2007 drawings.

I'm not sure why they're still going out. I thought they were still sending out the end of 2007 (they send them a couple of months later) but if you didn't enter in 2007, I guess these are 2008.

My guess is they still have some and will use these all up and then send out the new 2008 ears.

Last summer my 2 daughters, three year old grand-daughter and I were leaving the cinderella breakfast at the castle. We were asked by a cast member if we wanted to take the elevator down with him. We did. His name was Jack and he asked if we had seen any of the characters in the park yet. Answer was no. We were then taken to place after place going in back doors to see every character you could think of. No waiting. In front of people in line waiting. What a dream for all of us, and a great time saver also. Everyone was so great, taking photos of us with our cameras and the Disney cameras. Gave us all the time we wanted. My grand-daughter was so happy. So were we!

We won YOMD hats on our visit the 1st week of April, my 17 yr old son wore his like a king, so funny!! He is a real Disney nut, we live in Atlanta and wants to go to college in FL so he can go to Disney ALL the time...we have annual passes and go 3 to 4 times a year now. He and I take a "man trip" once a year.
Could someone send me the address to send a postcard in for prizes??

At the parks my DD who was 5 months old at the time received a certificate from a Dream Team member for riding IT's A Small World as her first Disney ride. So she's got something special from Disney in her baby book.
