I like Wishes and would prefer that it not go away. By degrees continues.
Eh? Not if we get a better spectacular to replace it ...

Wishes, Illuminations and Fantasmic can be replaced. I've never really bonded with Fantasmic and the ordeal to view just adds to my indifference. Wishes and Illuminations I love however something is lost when it no longer brings the Awe it once did.
I'd be all in for new shows IF Disney allows imagineers to create something new to replace them all with the quality we expect and Fantasmic with a show that can actually operate reliably, Fantasmic has always had its bugs that crashes elements or cancels shows, Disney can do better.
Whats the logic behind upgrading wishes before Illuminations? Or Fantasmic?
you should be put in a position of power. you lee and 74 could run WDW alone.
At the moment yes.Does that mean fountains and anything like Disney Dreams is completely out of the picture?
At the moment yes.
2 1/2 years ago the MK was to get similar tech installed as Dreams has. Moat fountains. LED uplighting. Misters. Flame jets. Synchrolights.
Symphony in D.

I was surprised to see you up so early, but then I realized you're on Europe time lolI would echo this. I do not know for certain, but I do not see fountains of substance in the new show. Pyro and projections, perhaps lasers too.
Now, back to my regularly scheduled Faux Top One Percent Spirited Winter Holiday Abroad.
Quite a few are surprised it hasn't done already.I wouldn't be surprised to see the projection technology used during the fireworks show as well rather than have 2 different shows
Um ...they would both have to answer to me or no deal. But I do know we could all work together quite well!!!
The waterfalls made the Tland bridge slippery sometimes until they were controlled automatically. By then it was too late.Fountains? Misters? Didn't they get rid of the tomorrowland waterfalls because the "wind" at MK was too brisk? Hard to see how any water-based show would work at MK.
Disney couldn't afford them. Well... actually they could afford them but....you should be put in a position of power. you lee and 74 could run WDW alone.

The man you speak of is Steve Davison, he is currently working on FOF at the MK. http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/...arade-coming-to-magic-kingdom-in-2014.864055/In my European opinion, Disney Dreams is by far the best closing show they ever made, although the fireworks in USA is since the opening of DLP always better than in Paris.
But the combination of techniques they use in Disney Dreams is breathtaking The rumour we heard here in Europe is that the creative man behind Disney Dreams is working on a show for WDW, what would be a mindbreaking show.....
