Not one of the parks, but I think Id be totally content with just hanging out in the WL lobby (lobby is really an incredible understatement but..) let me elaborate...later at night when whispering canyon has calmed down a bit and its more quiet...of course its just as nice out by the pool area.

MK - Sitting on a bench by the castle and just staring at the castle. TTA at night. Basically anywhere on Main Street at night.

Epcot- Sitting by the fountain in France. I also like sitting outside by the fountainview cafe and watching SSE.

Two places come to mind for me. At MK in Tommorowland right under the old skyway building. Just sitting in the shade and enjoying a bottle of coke & a box of popcorn.
Innoventions at Epcot. I never get tired of the music loop.

Cinderella's wishing well. It's amazing to me how many people have no idea it exists, even though they've been to MK many times. I just love to go there, and make a wish and take pictures. =)

Also, laying on the Poly beach watching the wishes fireworks with a dole whip has become tradition. Can't beat that. :animwink:

Any of the trails throughout DAK. I don't know how many times I stroll through them and there is nobody around especially the ones around the Tree of Life.

AKL- The veranda at night past the big Rock formation....it is so quiet and peaceful out there.

Epcot..The Living Seas- Diving in the main aquarium. Not many people get to do this and this may be my favorite spot in WDW.

MK-The main entry tunnel....where all the magic begins.

Ooo one more to add! I love the part of Splash Mountain at the beginning where you're outside in your boat going past those little birdhouses at the top of the mountain...love it!!! I feel at peace there.

I have another, Tom Sawyer Island there is a spot where you can sit right across from the Haunted Mansion. You can sit and chill on some chairs and just soak it in :)

Ahh...I guess nobody else shares my favorite spot at the Magic Kingdom. It's the little ally just before the Main Street Bakery. It's always so quiet and peaceful and the smells are wonderful. I've spent hours there while my daughter slept in her stroller. My wife laughs at me because I love this spot so much.

For some reason, I just love taking a quiet 5 minutes out on the stools just inside the door at The Writers Corner in DHS, usually with an enormous double chocolate muffin :slurp:. I love that little shop!

Other than that, I tend to like meandering along the two trails at AK, just taking my time. I could stand and watch animals do nothing all day!!!

I love finding a quiet area in one of the parks to sit down. One of my favorite things to do in that area is to call one of my friends for the obligatory, "I'm calling you from WDW" phone call.

In terms of park specific locations:

MK- I love being near the lanterns at night by Liberty Square when they're all lit up. It's so pretty.

Epcot- any of the WS gardens

DHS- streets of America, particualrly when there aren't a lot of people around

AK- the trails around the Tree of Life

One of my favorite things to do at night at the parks is stay behind after Wishes/ROE/Fantasmic and just watch all the people leave. I love being in the parks as they clear out, especially Epcot. After ROE, I like to take a nice slow walk all the way around WS before exiting.

In terms of the resorts, my favorite place to be is the boardwalk at the Boardwalk.

Hmm..we've got lots of them, not to mention I am content at just about any spot in WDW as long as it isn't in a poorly air conditioned queque stuck in close quarters between a sweaty dude with a tank top on and a little girl with bad gas (true story for another place and time).
Anyways...

AK
Not really "our spot", but I can't help but love the view from near the Monkeys on the path to E:E - such a great view of Everest!

For Illuminations
Near Norway (just off towards the Mexico side) - great view of the show, especially the opening comet. (although this year we're going to have to "settle" for the UK lower terrace for our Wedding Dessert Reception - woo hoo!!)

Epcot - Other
Sitting at the Cantina San Angel with a Dos Equis - Mmm!

WDW in General
*Leaping Horse Libations at Boardwalk Villas Pool - great place to relax for a cocktail (or 2+) on the way from DHS to Epcot!

*Seabreeze Point at the Boardwalk (the Gazeebo/covered walkway near ESPN Club) - We stopped here on our first trip to WDW together, this is where I proposed, and this is where we'll get married in Sept.!

The dock of the Jungle Cruise, with the queue music playing in the background. Either that or on a Jungle boat about to deliver my first joke. These are definitely my favorite spots.:D

EPCOT
Sitting in Germany, eating a brat and waiting for RoE to start, or on SSE

MGM
Sitting in the Muppet's Courtyard listening to the great music

DAK
Sitting and watching the tigers.
