I was about 4. I only have a few fuzzy memories of the trip but it started my love for the place and the first attraction I ever went on, PotC, is still my favorite.

My first trip was in 1976 or 1977 which would have made me 8 or 9. I dont recall anything from this trip except for a picture I have seen of me and my sister standing in front of the castle in RED coats and hats. We must have gone sometime in the winter.

Likewise, Apart from its the Jungle Cruise which is the first attraction we go on! Then POTC afterwards but I remember my first rides on both! :)

My first visit to WDW was in 1986. My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Clearwater and drove over for the day. I was 26 and my wife was 28.

August '81, I think. I just turned 4. I don't remember anything about it but I'd bet we stayed at a Motel 6 in Kissimmee after a week in Daytona.

First trip was April of '85. I'd been begging my parents for years, but they wanted to wait until my younger brother was a little older. We went to Sea World day 1, MK day 2, Epcot day 3, Kennedy Space Ctr day 4 (saw Challenger being readied for a mission), and then drove down to Sanibel for the rest of the trip. I believe that my first ride/attraction in MK was Mission to Mars - and nearly positive that my first attraction at Epcot was World of Motion. We stayed in a fairly sad hotel close to one of the WDW entrances so that they could splurge a bit on lodging when down in Sanibel.

I believe I was around 6 years old and the year was around 1977... I don't remember anything, I just have pictures as proof... I went a few times as a child but don't remember anything...but I must of loved it because I started going myself again at 18 years old and haven't stopped.. I am now 40 with a 5 year daughter and we try to go once a year.....:sohappy:

The first time I went was when I was 8 years old and my brother was 4. Then when I was 12, 16, 20, and then every year for the past 7 years.

If I recall correctly, my first visit was in 1977. Either that or 78' but I can't recall exactly. I went with my girlfriend at the time's family. They had a pop up camper. My girlfriend's sister had a boyfriend that also went. We stayed at Fort Wilderness. The family was in the camper and us two got to sleep in a pup tent for the week. Actually I don't remember it being bad, so we must have had fun. We only went to the Magic Kingdom a couple of times, or as long as the tickets held out. We went to River Country, and the Contemporary. That's about all I remember from that trip.

I know exactly when. We (my mother and I) visited WDW during a 1 1/2 week guided bus tour through Florida in August 1982, aged 8. It was just one day and EPCOT was still under construction. Temperatures where in the 100s and the waits even at minor attractions were at least 20 min. We did most of the park together with our tour guide Gloria.
We did JC, Tiki Room, PotC, CBJ (I hated them and never did them again) HM, HoP, IASW, 20.000LutS, Magic Carpet round the world, If you had wings, Mission to Mars, CoP and Circlevision. We also had the possibility of visiting the construction site of EPCOT but declined it.

1979, aged 7. My only clear memories are If You Had Wings, Mission to Mars and wondering how the Peoplemover went upside down in Space Mountain since you were obviously riding on the ceiling, looking down at the astronauts who were stood the right way up on the lift hill!
