What is your favorite audio animatronic in ANY of the Disney parks and why????

My favorite Audio Animatronic is the Yeti (when it is working) because it's so life-like and it makes it believable that the Yeti is real. The American Adventure Audio Animatronics are a close second.

People never seem to recognize how good the SSE makeover actually was. The new AAs move fluently and are easily the best AAs on any ride on Disney property.

American Adventure, Dinosaur top the list as well. Stich is living proof that one terrific AA dosen't save a bad ride.

TLM and MI should, I mean, will be on the list as well.

S.I.R. But now they made him a fat (no offense intended!!!), whiney "security guard" who pees himself...:(

The Wicked Witch in GMR is amazing... when she works correctlythat is. :lookaroun

My absolutely favorite is probably, when working, Everest's Yeti. After that, probably Buzz Lightyear in Space Ranger Spin.

Mr. Potato Head, Hopper, Rover and Boney are all pretty close, as well.

It's one of the simplest, but the winking eygptian girl in IASW. Yes, a creepy doll, que lame jokes. But I've always loved that one ever since I was a baby. Some of my earliest memories are from that ride.

I like a lot of them but if I had to choose I'd say the group of pirates in the jail cell....the one on the right end always cracks me up :ROFLOL:

Jose and his flock from Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room! Why? Because as a child when I was asked about if I wanted to go to Disney my parents said I used to say "See the Tiki Birds!!!" :) Magical then, magical now... wish they'd get rid if Iago (and keep stitch out of there too) from the WDW one because the Disneyland show is great, even with it slightly altered and shortened.

in pirates, the guy on the bridge with the hairy leg. when I was younger he was the one I always looked for

OMG....yes, me too! He (his leg) always looks so realistic.

Also like the man in SSE creating the statue because it always looks like he's looking at you. And John Wayne in GMR for nostalgic reasons.

Colonel Critchlow Suchbench, head gleemeister in the recently closed Adventurers Club at Pleasure Island, is my favorite Disney AA.

Here's a few of my favorites clips of the colonel via YouTube -- here, here, and here.

And here's one more clip and another ... for good measure.

The last two are with "Slappy." Yeah, so you have an AA with a puppet.

I also love how Disney created Beezle, who is stuck inside a shelving unit in the club's treasure room.

Cross my fingers AC will have an open house for new members come December. Gosh I miss the AC. It still keeps calling my name, but the only way I can go "home" again is through the use of YouTube. Thanks to all for keeping the memories of the AC alive on the net.

Hmmm...that's a toughie. Some are favorites because they "wow" me and some because they make me laugh. Don't think I could name just one...so, in no particular order.

The Wicked Witch of the West (The Great Movie Ride, DHS, WDW): She's just extremely life-like and creepy. I love how it feels like she's looking at you when she isn't talking. She just looks around all sinister like...great stuff.

Big Al (Country Bear Jamboree, MK, WDW): A sentimental favorite, he always makes me smile, plus I love his song..."BUH-lud on the SAD-del" :)

The Caretaker (HM, MK/DL, WDW/DLR): Just always loved him...he's so scared and his knees are knocking...just funny.

The Hippo (it's a small world, MK/DL, WDW/DLR): Can't help it, think he's cute with his head shaking back and forth.

The Seagulls (Finding Nemo Submarine, DL, DLR): I just like 'em..."Mine? Mine? Mine?"

And finally, the Auctioneer (Pirates of the Caribbean, DL, DLR): I'm not sure if he's used to test new stuff at both DL and WDW, or just one or the other, but I like him regardless. I can recite all his lines. I only listed the DLR version because I just can't stand the WDW one after riding the original...its so much better!

There area a lot to choose from but if I had to pick one I would say Hopper on ITTBAB even though Flick is really good to. I dont think that show gets the appreciation it deserves.

I also think Barbossa on POTC is really good to.
