Did 20 minutes of intense abs, arms, & legs work.  ((loooove the Quick Fix series of DVDs))  Immediately following I did another 15 minutes on my stair stepper at a fast pace.  When time is an issue this is a great solution.  Plus, I'm trying to get myself back in shape all over.  Good stuff.
