We are back and we have quite a lot to tell about...

We returned yesterday from our 16 day WDW-only-vacation and we really have something to tell, especially about the Animal Kingdom Lodge (and there's nothing good about that part for a start) but also about other resorts and cleanliness in the Disney resorts in general, Disney park merchandise, premium annual passes and other topics. When we finally have overcome our jetlag (about 18 hours of sleep were not enough) we will report in detail. Stay tuned for our trip report.

I am so sorry.....sounds like it wasn't what you expected. I hate it when people don't have great trips there....Usually it comes from people that wouldn't know Disney Magic if it bit them in the bum but you seem to be a seasoned Disney traveler. Get some sleep:snore: and then tell us about it.

Sorry to hear your trip wasn't as magical as you thought it would be. We were there part of the time that you were, so I understand what you are saying even before you have told us. We have been there many times and always had wonderful trips until this one. Gonna take a break for awhile.

Well I just got back from POFQ recently and by far this resort was the most beautiful and SO clean you'd think Mr. Clean had taken care of it personally. Even my MouseKeeper was awesome. She was so awesome I threw her a bunch of cash for being so awesome LOL The grounds of this resort are gorgeous, sparkling and well kept...so not all Disney properties have taken a nose dive. Just an observation:shrug:

I have no idea what the OP is going to write about, but this is a statement I would disagree with. Recently I have stayed at POFQ, OKW, BCV, and AKL. I can't say that anything was noticeably dirty at any of those resorts. There might have been a few upkeep issues, like a crack or something near a tub...but that stuff happens everywhere and you can't keep something 100% all the time (just like a house). As far as my rooms being clean though...each one of them definitely fine.

Same here. I do tend to stay at a variety of Disney resorts to experience as many diffferent types of resort stays as I can, and almost without exception, any problems that I had, once they were voiced, were resolved. I'd be interested to hear what the OP has to say. Marie
