WDWMagic Member Identification

Does anyone else think that we should have some sort of item that we can wear to the parks to identify ourselves as WDWMagic Geeks/Members? I know that others have also wondered while talking to people in the parks if they might be members on here but are too afraid to ask and get the weird look from a non-member. If so what are some ideas for items. Maybe a neck lanyard..... Discuss away

I wore this every day I was at WDW the last two weeks. I only got two people who said anything, a CM who said they loved the site and a Hostess at Brown Derby who said she's a member. :D

Guess I will be getting a few buttons now! I would love to see more people sporting some WDWMagic ID in the parks. If anyone sees me in the park, tap me on the shoulder and say HI:wave:

I have a t shirt & pin that I bought from here as well as a larger pin with my name & avatar that I made years ago before Steve started selling his stuff.

Who's gonna see that in the parks?

Or do you mean for home use... :lookaroun

:D

The way that kids wear their trousers and shorts these days, everyone will see it. (I didn't use the word "pants" in order to avoid confusion on the part of our British members.) :animwink:

If he had lanyards I'd get one of those. I already use my old college one as it has an ID card holder that can fit my KTTW and 3 fastpasses, but I'd definitely swap it out for a WDWMagic one.

That's been my experience as well. But I wear it anyway - its a good looking shirt and doesn't cost me $40 or whatever WDW tee shirts go for these days!

I wear mine too! I figure its a small way to represent for my favorite WDW site.

Me, three!

Unfortunately, it's only been noticed once...:(

Of course, it may get noticed but not remarked upon; maybe people are hesitant about approaching others in the parks. I think the lanyard sounds like a good idea, too.
