Ok for not being the biggest pancake fan, these have always looked amazing to me!

People always rave about the Tonga Toast (and with good reason), but I think the Pineapple Macadamia Nut Pancakes are the sleeper king at the Kona Cafe.

Heck yes!! I love them so much! To be fair, I've never tried the Tonga Toast but just looking at pictures of it makes my blood sugar skyrocket! Mmmm, I'm tempted to try to make these at home I loved them so much!!

Oh, and the pot of pressed Kona coffee was soooo good too. I wanted to marry it. LOL

I can hardly remember now! But yes, I'm pretty sure it was chocolate. You'd be surprised from looking at it(at least I was) but this is a mousse-type dessert. The red is a cherry-ish drizzle and the yellow stuff around it is caramel. It was delish.
