They're arancini — balls of rice fried in bread crumbs.

I think thats the key.

People look at them and start thinking along the lines of fried cheese, or fried dough, or even just fried breadcrumbs (thats what you do with the leftover breading, make breadcrumb pies)

But, they are rice. They are going to have an entirely different mouthfeel than any of the above dishes.

Me, I think I would like them, I have had similar things in a Oriental vein. (Onigiri) They are not deep fried, but they are pretty much plain rice (leftovers) shaped into a ball, with a filling in the middle (finding a cold chicken nugget with catsup in the middle of the rice was a new one by me)
They are pretty bland as well, but I like them.

That is quite an impressive list. I'll be anxious to hear what you think about Narcoossee's and see pictures of your meal there because I have been really wanting to try it. Also, I'm very impressed by the sheer number of times you will be dining at Le Cellier (its my personal favorite). Keep an eye out for me at Epcot. I work at the Kim Possible Adventure.

OK, time to pick up where I left off

A little T-Rex action (Stop calling it Trex, makes me think of plastic decking material)

Melalosaurus Mozzarella - Seared Mozzarella with creamy marinara and mozzarella fingers

In other words, two kinds of breaded melted mozzarella. Verdict - it is a cheese stick. I don't really know what was 'creamy' about the marinara

Layers of the Earth Lasagna - Fresh pasta layered with homemade tomato and meat sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, baked to perfection $15.99

Not bad, not earth shattering, but decent. My daughter enjoyed. A bit heavy on the fat/cheese/grease/oil but then this is T-Rex, thats to be expected.

Kids ribs with .... a banana ? Who has ribs with a side of bananas? My crazy daughter thats who. They do pretty decent ribs here. Banana was OK too.

I don't see this on any online menus, but it is the Guacamole Burger. Holy freaking mess Batman. Good, but with Guac shooting all over the place, including out of the hole in the top of the bun where they stuck the pick

And finally some Meteor Bites.

Really, $9 for some Munchkins,

Those fries look great! I'm usually not a fan of waffle fries because they can be mushy, but those look nice and crispy!

We are getting near the end here folks

Peco's Bills Deluxe Burger (and a cookie)

Notice the cookie is not on the bill :)

I had to drive up to Georgia and back that morning, after making the 560 mile round trip in 7 1/2 hours, I pull into the WL and realize "wow, I haven't eaten since around 8 AM, and all I had was coffee and half a blueberry muffin". I look at my watch and its around 8:15, maybe I can book it over to the MK and hit up Peco's Bills.

So I get there and it is close to 9 (closing time) I am the last person through the line, and since it was so late they were cooking to order. So I had a bit of a wait, and was chatting with the CM's. Finally my food comes out and the CM behind the counter says something along the lines of "Woo Hoo, that's it, last customer, we are done!!!" So me being Mr. Smarty says "If I am the last customer, don't I win a prize?" She pulls the cookie out from under the counter and pretty much spikes it onto my tray and says "There you go, your official last customer of the night prize!" So yay, free cookie for me. :)
