Ahhhhhh!
So THIS is the infamous "Tonga Toast". In all my trips to WDW and 3 stays at the Poly, I've never tried it. Looks like I'll have to start the old diet now and prepare to tackle the "Tonga Toast" on my trip in November! :slurp:

Believe me, it tastes even better than it looks. Probably some of the best pizza I have ever had and I am not exaggerating.

Coral Reef

I haven't ordered the mahi-mahi since they were serving it over couscous with a soy glaze (a dish I've managed to replicate at home, which I'm very proud of!) This looks so good, I think I've just decided to order it in October.

My hubby is trying to get me to try it next time, but I was planning on the steak. I'm not a huge fish person and didn't know if I'd like it. What did Colleen think?

Do try it if you eat fish at all--I'd never had mahi-mahi before ordering it at CR a few years back, and the following year convinced my picky-eating hubby to get it. And when I say picky-eating, I mean it! End result: he loved it, and now we make it at home all the time.

This was the "Fish of the Day" Special. Snapper with grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and clams, served in a light tomato sauce over swiss chard. Yummy.

I hear ya on the mess, when plating food I always put the side dishes on the side, instead of underneath the main course.
