Unreleased Fantasyland Expansion Concept Art

Sometimes disney means D or E ticket by placing a screen in front of you and moving around a little (otherwize, simulator). Disney never went wrong with the regular simulator rides (Body Wars & Star Tours), but.. Soarin' is okay, but it's a tour of California and we're in florida! What's the deal with this? They could've made one just especially for florida. Not to mention Mission: Space as it is over-rated, it would be over-rated if they made it a B-Ticket as it is just a carnival ride to me.

Now there is a good thing about this ride, if it doesn't turn out to be an E or even a D type attraction and it becomes crappy, the good news is it didn't replace a former AWESOME attraction! (Stitch's Great escap - Extra TERRORestrial, Mission: Space - Horizons, JIIWF - JII, and not to mention: Pooh Bear - Mr. Toad )

Do you even know what you're saying? It takes four or five tries to figure out what you're trying to articulate.

At any rate, why does every thread on this forum devolve into a discussion regarding "tickets?" This thread's original purpose was to discuss the unreleased fantasyland expansion art...which looks pretty much the same as what we've previously seen. I know we're all impatient, myself included, but we just need to wait. In 2011, I'm sure Disney will tell us whats going on with the whole expansion.

That said, I'd prefer the rounded Ariel's Adventure compared to the one in this thread; its too boxy for my taste.

I agree with Crescent, that made no sense.

Sometimes you have to take in order to give. Snow White is classic, but not as classic as Disneyland's. It's still there (and Toad) so not all is lost.

Honestly I think that this could be an improvement. From the beginning you can that some rides will not be (SGE and MILF) but we can't help that. This can be more in depth and fun if they do it right and also have thrill. There is potential, why look down on this when we could look at the good?

I just think its hilarious. It's his first post and he had to be rude about it. A private message to the poster asking what he was talking about would of been sufficient. I agree with taking down Snow White's ride in WDW. I'm hoping they'll replace it with an original dark ride (after the princess fair and stuff) lol.

It's a cute ride and some things should be left as they were (though always shiny and well cared for), but let's face it, SW isn't exactly "up there" as rides go. Most of the sets are just flat painted wood with semi-static characters. I'd bet that the ride vehicles and track system cost them more to make than the "show" elements of the ride put together. Nobody is really negating that it's cute and will be missed, but this isn't a travesty on the scale of closing down HM or IASW. If she's going to get a new ride anyways (possibly recycling some elements of the old ride), then why not just keep the track and give another movie some love, like Pinoccio.

Doesn't DL have a Pinocchio ride? I would want something original. Maybe a dark ride for Sleeping Beauty, The Incredibles, Nightmare Before Christmas, Aladdin or The Lion King. I think any one of them done right would be amazing.

DLP does too and it's also cute.

And I agree. Really, most any animated movie that is European-style fantasy would be great in that spot. Completely feasible and I would assume pretty inexpensive.

They can hate all they want. I want a Sleeping Beauty dark ride with Aurora and Maleficent. I think it would be very popular.

First post, yes. I've been a lurker on these forums for over two years though.

At any rate, the poster was just spewing back the same crap we hear from everyone else, lamenting Mr. Toad's demise or that of Horizons. In his/her signature they claim to give a "teenage perspective" to the forums. If this person is a teen, how do they remember these rides? I'm 18, been to WDW 7 times, and cannot recall Mr. Toad, Horizons, the old JII ect. He was just saying what he thought others would want to hear but did not articulate it well. That was what I was pointing out.

At any rate, the dark ride has to go. I do enjoy it, and the movie for that matter, but if we're going to get something as great as this Mine Car Ride, and an eventual dark ride to replace snow white, its a win-win, right?

If he is a teenager then let him talk about Horizons or Mr. Toad's. I never seen either one of them but I still would love for WDW to bring them both back. If we don't agree with someone's views there is no reason to be nasty...all that does is add 13 pages to a thread titled "Fix The Yeti" or something about management. Lol.

However I do enjoy Snow White's Scary Adventures. I think it is a little outdated. The last time I road it all I could stare at was the track (idk why) lol. I would love to see a new ride in there. While those plans are being written up I would also love the new meet and greet they are putting in. I love doing the meet and greets. To me thats the best thing about Disney is meeting the characters you grew up with in their "natural" setting. So I do too see this as a win-win situation.

I'm sorry, but in my opinion you can just shut up and start your own conversation, and if you can't understand me then you probably need to go to a doctor or something, thanks. :animwink:

You sure about that?

Well...I have faith. I know there is a good possibility of getting stuck with a meet and greet and then getting a lukewarm dark ride (or none at all) in Snow White's stead. But still, I trust in our insiders...

And wondersoflife, wow, mature.

The mine car will be slightly more extravagant and longer than Goofys Barnstormer. A C+. The Snow White dark ride could be pulled out for good. FLE is in that much of a mess.

Forgive me, as I am new here, but are you like Lee and Raven? Because in my lurking I always saw that Lee and Raven (or juan) said it was a D ticket. And now the Snow White dark ride gets pulled? *sigh...not what I want to hear.
