I have a stupid question. Once they finish the coaster portion, would they do testing on it, then build the rest of the building around it, or wait until it's all completed before testing?

Testing comes much later. A pull through, I imagine, can come earlier to make sure guests won’t lose fingers, but they won’t have the LSMs activated until the building is done. They won’t risk damaging them. And if the LSMs keep their covers, I bet they won’t even do a pull through.

So after the track, the next focus will be the building.

Is it just me or does the Shanghai version seem so much bigger in the videos? Unless it’s just the walkway and structure outside of it that makes it look so grand in the videos.

It is all walkway and structures... The actual queue and building are not that big...but the building is boxy and tall...

Try the Matterhorn in DLR. I've never been in so much pain during a ride. I was looking forward to riding the classic...never again.
