Thats how she was in the animated movie as well. I have a lot of transformers I would like to see in part 2 before Arcee but I woulnt be totally against it. Unlike Hotrod who can stay as far away from the movies as possible. WDWFREAK53 you didnt think she was CUTE!:lookaroun

:lol: I understand that she needs to LOOK like a female robot...and I know she looked that way in the original movie...but it looks like they tried too hard.

I never liked Arcee or Blur. (But at least Blur had the Micro Machines guy as his voice :lol: )

They had the Micro Machines guy on I Love The 80s, but he doesn't seem to talk as fast as he used to...

WDWFreak53, what do you mean by Transformers not having "faces"? They almost all had human-style faces on the original series, save for a few like Prime and Soundwave.

Yes, I know that...but in the original...the faces seemed to work.

This new style looks as if they just used a blank background and drew eyes and a mouth in. The originals looked as if the faces were formed from shapes.

For instance...

Look at the eyes of Prowl...and the nose...formed shapes that work.

This looks like they didn't know how to incorporate a face...so they just drew it in.

Yea the only "new" transformer I really liked was Kupp. And the micro machine guy rocked.

I get what you are saying about the faces, the art seem very batman the animated series/teen titans (same people as TT doing this I think) to me. I do like the original better as the robots seem serious and less cartoony if that makes sence.

I vote 350z for prowl and an Audi TT32 quatro for blue streak. Or the other way around would work too.

Actually, I saw a Charger R/T police car the other day...and that would make one killer Prowl!

Sunstreaker could be a yellow 350Z. (But, why mess with a good thing...a yellow Lambo would do just fine )

If that's the case...anything like Mirage or Sunstreaker will be the Corvette.

Prowl, like you said, will definitely be the Impala cruiser.

I'm sorry, but Sunstreaker would've made a much better Camaro.

Bumblebee should've been an HHR or a Chevy Aveo.

Yea I totally agree the aveo would have worked well. Bumblebee wasnt the muscle car type, and thats what was cool about him.

Thats a good call, the impala seems the best one for me.

I got voyager Ironhide and Ratchet for my birthday yesterday, both very great! Ironhide's a little trickey the first time you transform him, but he looks awesome and has two great cannons you can connect together and fire as one. Ratchet's my favorite though, he looks great in car mode, is easy to transform, and is HUGE for voyager scale.

Some news just came out about the transformers DVD.

But most interesting is the fact that he has revealed what the bonus feature on the Transformers Movie DVD will be. The rumoured "additional footage" that voice-actor Mark Ryan had mentioned awhile back is in fact an animated version of the IDW Movie Prequel comic series, with Peter Cullen again reprising his role as Optimus Prime. According to Chris Ryall, this bonus feature will only be available with the Wal-Mart excusive version of the Transformers Movie DVD, no official release date has been set as of yet, so stay tuned to Seibertron.com for more info.

That is so awesome! To bad its just a walmart item.

BTW...the second issue of the Transformers comic came out.

The cover has Prowl behind Wolverine with a gun facing him.

It's pretty cool...Spider-man has been taken captive by Megatron and the Decepticons...and the Avengers are trying to A. rescue him...and B. stop an all-out war on Earth.

Dr. Doom is even "helping" the Avengers. Iron Man has joined the hunt.
