I made Boston Terrier Christmas cookies last night :) I'm really happy with the results.

I want to purchase property in Florida at some point. Though overall rare, sinkholes are scary. We experienced a sinkhole 200 yards from our home. It wasn't natural, a road construction error, they didn't backfill under the road where they dug out for new sewers. Still as my DH drove over the road and it collapsed into a sinkhole a split second after..unnerving.

Oh my! That is a bit nerve racking. Sinkholes scare me to death. For example, I always imagined the safest place to be in the middle of an earthquake would be in the middle of a field. Until a sinkhole appears and swallows you into the earth...

But her boys will eat 399 of them! :)

I know how you feel, I had an appointment yesterday so I didn't work and then today I was just trying to get everything on track but just kept falling behind. When I came home from work today I had a list of things to do but I felt so fried I barely did anything.
I'm sorry, life can throw you a left curve when you don't expect it.

I haven't a clue what dinner I'm making for Christmas. This past month has been a whirlwind at work and I haven't been able to focus on anything--just exhausted. I'll go to the grocery store on Saturday and buy something or other--I'll have to figure it out then. Luckily, it's only Jack, hubs and my sister, so no huge deal, but I'm burnt out and haven't had much time to enjoy the Christmas season this year.

and I fixed that for you

Thanks, Gabe! :)

Hahaaa...!!! :hilarious:
It's kinda' funny actually, you'd think all 22 of us at the firm would be rather large 'cause of all the food and treats. In fact, out of that number, I'd say only about 5 are overweight, and 3 of those not by very much...! :)
We become our parents and grandparent's....all of mine gained a lot of weight over the years. Sadly, it's happening to me. In a couple more year's I could play Mrs. Clause!;)

Amen. Though I've seen enough 'fresh water'

Yes, yes you can. :joyfull:

Guess you don't appreciate being asked: While you are in a sitting position, do you cross your leg, sit with your knees together, straight out or sit on one foot? I can only imagine the individual that came up with that one and what which position of their legs they awarded more points to. Ick ick ick. :devilish:
Insanity!

I would not concern myself either about a hardboiled personality test, I agree. If firms are incapable of judging on their own candidates with qualities without Dr Phil/Oprah introduced personality tests so be it. It amazes me constantly what daytime TV infiltrates well educated person's thought processes. Confounding. But if Oprah says so by golly it must be sound research. Heck look what she did with mad cow disease in Texas, believing it would strike harder than AIDS worldwide.
I like this a million times. People are so self important, they think what they say is gospel.:eek::eek:
