He looks like a really authentic baseball player. :)

Growing too fast!!

This pic was at his second game this weekend, this afternoon. We had to skip his volleyball game.

He had a rough game today though. Walked 5 batters. Two batters got hits. 3 runs in against him. Then FINALLY struck someone out and then caught a line drive with bases loaded. - this was all in the 1st inning!
Redeemed himself a little with that great catch , but was upset at his pitching. The coach talked to him on the bench, gave him some tips, and told him that “every pitcher has an off day. This was yours ” He played short stop the rest of the game. I’m glad the coach didn’t put him back in to pitch. Better to wait til next weekend. Up until today he typically pitches 3 innings and has not let more than 1 run in. It’s alright though, he’s been on a hot streak and maybe needed a check.lol

He didn’t get any hits today either. Hit one to the outfield but it was caught. Then got hit by a pitch the next time at bat, so walked. Walked two more times. (He hates getting walked almost as much as he hates striking out, almost ;) )

Congratulations to him!! Is he starting to have a preference of what sport he likes playing, or does he still like them all?

I’d say baseball and soccer are his two biggest passions although he does enjoy all of the sports. He likes being on a volleyball team right now, but if there’s a conflict between volleyball and baseball or volleyball and soccer, he always chooses volleyball as the sport to miss. Which is good, because I would make him do that anyway. 😂
Volleyball is extremely laid back, most of the kids are playing 3-4 sports and we never a full roster at practices or games. The coaches knew that before the season started and are fine with it, their kids are in multiple sports too.

We went to the Red’s game Wednesday night right after T’s baseball game (he had 3 this week)... went to the game still in his uniform.lol..but he did put on sneakers. We arrived in the 4th inning, Red’s lost. :(
Of course the next night they played fantastic with homerun after homerun. Lol

Our seats actually had a much better view than what it looks like here.lol

Arriving at a game after the first pitch is unthinkable in my house. No matter how badly the Orioles may be losing, you may not leave until the final out, even if there has been a three hour rain delay and it's now 1 am. 😂

I understood all that (not . . . ) :p Monkfruit? Oh yah, I always keep a case of monkfruit around. :hilarious:
Monkfruit was the only thing I didn't recognise on the list, I do have unsweetened almond butter and water but none of the other stuff. I'm sure these muffins are healthy and keep the pipes moving but I don't think I would enjoy them. And since I'm mentally 4 years old I don't eat food I think are yucky. ;)

Well I posted on the app that is used for team communication that they were done. I only got 5 thank yous . There are 9 kids on the team. The app also shows how many people saw my message and 9 people saw it. That means that a parent for each child saw the message. Go figure that out
That's too bad, I mean how hard is it to send a quick Thank You message...

I agree with your household! (On the first pitch part, the end depends on the score)

I have an excuse though!lol I purchased the tickets a few weeks ago for our birthday/Easter break outings, but then T had a last minute make-up game from a rainout 2 weeks ago. I didn’t foresee that conflict!
