When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
One of my brothers lived out in Azusa (So. CA) for a few years after he got out of the Marine Corps. He said it was hot every day. He also missed the change of seasons, so finally he moved back to the East Coast. Now, he doesn't like the cold and snow nearly as much as I do, but he said that the weather in CA was not to his liking.
Azusa - the best town in the USA, from A to Z.
So says Laura Dotson on Storage Wars. :hilarious:

New Girl started out with so much promise.
The anticipation of Nick and Jess getting together left me breathless.

Sadly, they were no Jim and Pam, and now the show just sucks!

Seriously, how many people have they each slept with?

Ok gang, here is a picture of my wedding cake. I couldn't find the cd of pictures I got from the photographer, so I had to take a picture of a picture from my scrapbook. So the picture isn't the greatest. Anyway, if you look close on the top layer underneath Mickey and Minnie right in front there is a hidden Mickey swirl, kind of a classic hidden Mickey. I remember there being others but they don't show in the picture. If I could go back 10 years I would have taken more pictures. View attachment 88014 View attachment 88015
Beautiful. :)

Also worthy of note, the living room flows into the dining area via a small vestibule, so an awkward transition was inevitable somewhere.

And reverse angle:

And thus ends Architecture 101/Canadian version.
It's 2:45, and I still might be unshowered and in my PJ's.

I can still see how a small decorative trim strip between the kitchen fur down and the wall might have been used to separate and further accentuate the varying surfaces, maybe. :)

@donaldtoo , I saw a show about cooking in Austin over the weekend. It was Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations show on the Travel Channel. Wow! Those people in Austin sure know how to cook barbecue!! :hungry: No wonder you love that area! ;)

Do you know what the original air date was on that show? He's done stuff from here before.

There's great BBQ all over the country (world, for that matter), but, yes, I'd say Austin (and, Texas in general) ranks right up there with the best of 'em. ;) :hungry: :)
