Any idea how I can rethicken my gravy? I used tapioca and it thickened. Then I put it in the blender with sauteed mushrooms. Picky eaters cannot see mushrooms. Anyway it became runny again. Tastes good though. Any clue?

My mother used to take a few tablespoons of flour and put in a jar with about 1/2 cup of water. Put on lid and shake it so that the flour dissolves. Then while the gravy is hot in the pan, slowly pour the flour mixture into the gravy in pan, stirring all the while. It will cook up thicker--worked every time.

Those are some really nice photos--love the Christmas tree surrounded by water and the Christmas bulbs floating around. The castle picture is beautiful, too. And the dinosaur is funny! :joyfull:
