One of the partners and myself designed the venue (Community Center) and the “modern farmhouse” homes in this section of the subdivision...!!!
Nah. I mean, if they're going to do it, they'll do it right. The original renovation of this bathroom was done cheaply, resulting in me having a medicine cabinet where the door falls off if I try to use it...
so they won't be doing that. Dad'll just complain a bit. And he might say no to some stuff, so we'll just have to see.

We have a dead mall here. It is only dead because it is in a dry township. They built all the new stores and restaurants just a few miles away where it is not "dry", and that area is flourishing with hotels, restaurants, and shopping. So nobody wanted to go to the old Simon owned mall. There are such few stores that I don't know how they even survive. They have a gym in there too. No more anchor stores. I feel bad for the people that work in the few stores that are left. All because the township is dry. There is so much empty land around it. They could have done so much more and that would have made the new shopping area less congested, because it can be annoying to drive there unless it is early or late.
That's disappointing re. the Simon Mall. In general I hate to see any business I've frequented close. What I'm about to say is not a retail store, but something my wife and I have been using went out of business: a streaming app called: "DramaFever". They were up and running for 9 years and just recently shut down their streaming business.
