I finally figured out how to get a half way decent pic on my phone. Longish story short I made "lobster sauce" over quinoa, sautéed sesame greens and garnished them with daikon slivers and freshly cut pineapple. The boys got to the plates before I could grab my phone:brb::banghead::mad: I was going to get a pic of my dinner but you've seen enough of my salads;)

I figured we would get a know it type person at the lunch, there usually is. So I was prepared for it, it was nice of his family though to recognize it and have him back off.

The food was good: started with a corn chowder, then Cobb salad (it was ok, I always think I will like it more), then entree we both had beef fillet, and then a dessert sampler with grapefruit cake and a banana foster type dessert.

Oh yum! The food sounded delicious--I was afraid they just gave you an (entree sized) Cobb Salad and that was it. Happy to hear that you had a beef filet and dessert sampler. Sounds great!

Wait a minute! Apples and oranges here. :jawdrop:

EPCOT was an inclusive, futuristic design. EPCOT would have been cool, if they ever had the money to build that community.

In comparison, what we're seeing now are a few tall hotel buildings thrown in here and there, and not exactly complementing the scale of the other original buildings.
