Edit- Now my phone is telling me to go to bed..I don’t remember setting this up??? I guess I’ll follow the phone’s advice..I think I’ll do one more ice pack while lying down just in case... ;)
Sometimes our phones are a little too smart.

Mine reminds me to go to bed...but that's through the FitBit app and I told it to do that.

In California, it figured out what hotels we were staying at and calculated travel time back. Then it did the same thing for Disney this February.

If our phones were people, they'd seriously be very creapy.

Good morning everyone!
It does not seem that long ago that I was one of many posters who were complaining about the cold.
Now today in Brick NJ it is predicted to reach a high of 87.
Weird, huh?
We hit 90 yesterday.

We had lows in the 40s on Sunday. I was at the Orioles game freezing. I wore a sweatshirt, my coat, and gloves. I still wasn't warm.

Now I'm wearing sleeveless shirts to work because it's so hot.

Weird weather.

Yes, not cold anymore, but... The storms last night that came through dumped a LOT of rain. DH had to drive to Madison, WI for a training. At 7 PM, you couldn't see outside, it was coming down so hard, and the wind was whipping. So, I made him sit for a bit. He finally made it there, but told me for at least a half hour (of what is normally just under 2 hour drive) 30 MPH with the flashers. There were quite a few people pulled to the side, but the rest braved it.

And because of the storms, I didn't make it to DS's concert last night. And that was ok. Didn't make it back from DD's Tues. night concert/reception until 11PM. And it was still going when we left.

Sun is finally peaking out, but we are supposed to get hit hard again tonight. Not sure if I will make it to DS's performance tonight, either.
Best wishes for "normal" weather and a happy family life :)

My dd swears her iPhone listens to her. Adds will pop up about things she has mentioned. She turned off Siri. I had it off since I got it.
That is pretty normal on both siri and google, Google builds an entire database based on what you browse, search, etc..

I keep getting ads of things related to what I had purchased in amazon.. in a completely different program/website for example.

When I get in the car it will calculate how long it will take me to get to my kids' gym. How does it know I am going there? I never told it. I must go there way too much. Still it is creepy.

6 hours.. D:
I can usually squeak out 7 or 8 a night.

I'm lucky if I get 6.5 hours. Sometimes I try to go to bed earlier, and it just makes me wake up earlier. I learned in the Army that as long as I get 4 hours of sleep, I can survive the day and mostly function. Anything less than that, I cannot. I'm just a monster that cries a lot and drinks a lot of coffee, LOL

I really liked Corolla. It had more foliage than other parts. I love trees. Parts of it were concrete jungle like many areas of the Jersey Shore. Hilton Head is still my favorite place for going to the beach.
That area is really nice through Duck too. I like HH too. It is gorgeous but it’s been years again since we visited. We tend to frequent Charleston for the beach. Love going downtown to see the old mansions.
