13 years ago today, my now husband, took me to the ballet to see the Nutcracker and upon returning home I saw a vase of roses and a card on my counter. I read the card and it said, "will you marry me". :inlove: Isn't he lucky I said yes?!:joyfull: Later I asked him why he didn't get down on one knee and he told me it is because I read the card too fast!:happy:
Aw, that is so sweet! What a wonderful memory. And for the record, I think you are both lucky.

Good, beautiful, exciting, ahhhh . . .

Or, we could also go this route--very Currier and Ives, or very Thomas Kinkade . . . :inlove:

View attachment 251341 View attachment 251340 View attachment 251339 This week is going way too fast. I have so much to do. But I promised pictures from our trip to certain somebody’s. ;)
DH came home from work and said he was going back. He had a very bad day yesterday.

That is how we felt. Closing on our house a couple days after having coming home and moving was ridiculous. If I was clairvoyant back in September I would have booked this trip after the closing and it certainly would have had warmer temps than we had that week. Still it was an awesome trip. POR is always our go to resort but the last last few trips at Wilderness has been nice, both for the cold and Hurricane Irma. Love your photo's.

I still plan on posting more from our trip and bounce back trip....I hope....

its back? really?
I was in the same position, thinking it was a goner...

It had its rebirth during our trip we were doing a happy dance.

It is an odd transition. The entrance to the new Starwars land is right next to Muppets with a very Grand Entrance so you go from whimsical Muppets and 20 feet in plain sight StarWars. Odd.

If you are facing the entrance to Muppets this is on the immediate right on the same side, horizontal to Muppets building.

This is the concrete archway to enter StarWars behind the construction wall.

This was me last night. Husband left the dogs unsupervised for hours and one ate my daughters Frozen flip flops that we needed for our upcoming trip in four days. Daughter has a pair of Ariel flip flops that of course I couldn't find. I looked everywhere. Every. Where. I even looked through the freezer because who knows.

I got them for $4 over the summer on a Disney Store sale, but had to spend $16 to replace them from Amazon so they'd get here before Sunday :cry::cry:

Oy. Sorry.

I have things spread between my DD storage locker, my storage locker and My Moms home along with my DD apartment. I have no freak'n idea where anything is at. Driving me crazy.

I saw that the hotels in the Downtown Disney area would have EMH for 2018. Problem for Disney is the incentive to stay on property is for the EMH. We utilize the morning ones all the time. I could save a lot of $$$ by staying at one of those instead of even the Cabins which I just booked for May. The major benefit of the Cabins is the watercraft to MK. Otherwise.....

I've stayed at the Hilton on Hotel Blvd. There are pro's and cons. The rooms are larger and beds etc better. It isn't Disney Transportation though. There are $30 a night resort fees and if you drive parking per night. We don't rent a car or drive. That resort is part of the direct bridge to Disney Springs so You can take Disney transport with a walk equivalent to bus stops in Disney owned resorts. You don't get DME bus service, my limo cost last time $110 for 3 people but did allow a grocery store visit for 30 minutes. Honestly the last several trips we used Lyft and Uber so many time, under $10 to avoid Disney's transportation in the To The Parks it is almost a wash. I really like the Hilton though. A massive hotel with so many amenities that most Disney resorts lack. Toss up. But at $130 a night hard to pass up.
