But, as well as watching them here, we still go over to oldest, married DDs place to watch Disney movies every now and then...! :happy:

Still, Lenovo was the one who allowed their machines to be shipped with the software. And they also could have sent users such as me, who registered their computer with them, an email saying, "This is what's going on"

I downloaded a program from Lenovo that removed the software. It's all gone. I ran a before and after speed test on my internet. Before PING: 23 Download: 20 mbps Upload: 15 mbps. After: PING: 12 Download: 27 mbps Upload: 23 mbps. It was really slowing down my computer. I suspected that it was running slowly, but couldn't figure out the reason. Now I know.

But, Those are, indeed, cargo shorts and I'm wearin' a t-shirt. Put on some shoes to go to the shelter, 'cause sometimes the pups wanna' nip at your toes, and there's other stuff you can slip on...! ;) :)

I haven't sleep very well in these 2 weeks. I think I've only sleep like 5 hours a day at most...

I so cannot compartmentalize anymore. I can't seem to stop taking on other people's burdens.
Too much B.S. in my life right now.

The GF's parents brought over a lovely little gift for Hubby and I because of some very minor kindnesses we showed them following his car accident. And now I am fretting, knowing that they really can't afford it.
Son #2 (a-hole that he can sometimes be) also worries about other people's woes excessively.

Auntie keeps trying to talk me into going to Africa for a month or so. I would have a complete mental breakdown. I can't bear to see suffering. I keep a change purse full of loonies and twonies to hand out to homeless people. If they ask, I give. If they have a coin cup, I toss one in.

But for the grace of God and all that ....

I find, as I age, that I can compartmentalize even better.
I'm not some uncaring pig, we've given so much of ourselves, time, and treasure over the years.
I just make smarter decisions about who and when, now. No guilt. I trust what I've come to learn over the years. :)

It is a VERY bad year for the flu, adenovirus, rhinovirus, and pneumonias. Take your meds, hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate more. I hope you feel better soon my friend.

Yep! Well said. I can debate with the best of them and sometimes it is fun. I fail to understand when the posts turn to personal insults of others. The posters always make themselves look worse than the people they are insulting.
