I'm home and I got all my errands run until Saturday:inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove: Went a bit over budget but I got my dh a few goodies for his scan n cut. I also went a bit overboard at the farm market and had to make sure I have enough maple syrup to hold us for a while. Now back to my regularly scheduled cooking
OMG...like REAL maple syrup?!? We have a farmer's market here, but it's being over-run by "brands" and candles and stuff as of late. I usually end up going straight to a farm near us that has a stand out front.

Yup we refuse to eat the carp from the supermarket. It's either maple from a known source or I make fruit syrup. One of our farm markets has a very nice candle lady, I may even take one of her classes over the winter.

Don't get me wrong...I looooove me some candles! Especially hand-made ones. But our farmer's market is starting to feel more like it's more flea-market than farmer's market, lol.

The father of a friend of ours makes maple syrup and always gives us a jar. Sometimes it is a pint but the last couple years he has had more sap so we got quart jars. The maple syrup is great. It is just hubs and I so we don't go through a lot of syrup, so I have 3 jars in my cupboard.

We did errands too on the way back from taking my brother-in-law to the airport. Hubs and I also stopped at a diner and had a great breakfast. I should probably start cooking but I don't feel like it. We actually might venture out again soon and go see Coco.

Speaking of random things.

Seen the emoji movie finally.

The whole story in general is absolutely stupid (the dependency of the kid for emojis to "socialize") the other side of the history was ok and was fun.. until the last stages, where it went again into complete utter stupidity to make the story fit in whatever mess was created in the first place.

The movie really seems like a gigantic ad for cellphones and some services/aps (I'm looking at you twitter, youtube, sony cellphones, dropbox etc..)
"We're #2! We're #2!" :hilarious: My friend's grandson is all about the poo emoji.
