Ha cooking was started before then. The ham is on the smoker and a turkey is going in in a bit. It has something to do with the mix of wood. The oven turkey doesn't go in for a while. I've got the gravy simmering for the baked ziti which was added to the list yesterday@figmentfan423 , are you cooking yet for today? It's 4:30 AM, and I assumed you'd probably be cooking something or other now. Does your hubs cook the turkey? I vaguely recall you have a smoker--will he use that?
We don't have a smoker, so Friday when I cook our turkey, I just use the oven. It's very easy. I just looked at the label on the turkey and It's only a little over 2 pounds.![]()
