I have very wavy hair. I use Bed Head. This one, as there are many.

It is about $20 and lasts me several years, a small drop, rub on fingers and kneed through hair. No grease.

Yup, that'd be the potion.

I've found it at Target and the grocery store for around $15 a bottle. Lasts forever

Yeah summer is nasty in Florida but temp wise it isn't much different than here. It is humid here too in the summer but so much worse in Florida. Still I always have A/C running here, so I can have A/C running there.
That's the way I felt when I moved to NC. At least here I had something that I didn't have in Vermont and that was central AC. Here I just flip a switch from Heat to Cool and just like magic I have AC. On the real hot days I stay pretty close to the cool apartment. I have noticed though that after almost 4 years here, I have managed to keep the temperature higher inside during the summer and not be uncomfortable. When I first moved here I had to set it so low that there was actually condensation forming on my windows. You could have hung meat in here. The down side is it takes very little now to feel cold. Can't have everything I guess. :)

I never heard of a selfie stick until I watched Henry Danger on Nickelodeon. A girl on it broke a boy's nose with one. I thought it was just a prop created for the show.
nope, the koreans started that fad.
of taking photos of themselves by themselves with themselves.
they are sort of the most EGO related fad of these years.

and speaking of funny stuff.
i am in Mexico city waiting for my connection flight.
and guess what.
they have a TV ad of the local bank doing disney world ads nonstop " win free WDW trip when you move all your purchases to 6 months with no interest" .
and the screen is right next to the gate I am going to depart from.
and I havent seen this ad in the other screens lol.

Several years ago I started to 'feel' warmer than the rest of the family, freezing them out with the central a/c.
I bought a window unit for our bedroom. Now the a/c is still on but I crank the heck out of the little window unit.
My kids were also very happy when cars started having that dual climate control about the same time.

well, I was at the convention center, and they let us take photos with mickey privately again in our farewell breakfast.
sadly, I did not win the free upgrade, in fact, I wasnt even close lol.

But mickey and minnie came with a very special suit that I loved it, I had never seen it before!

then, I went to animal kingdom to see the lion king show before going to magic kingdom to meet with a friend who is a CM from Epcot.

he was a bit late due of traffic and there was a lot of people.
There was no festival of fantasy at 1:00pm. it was at 3 as usual.

so after going nuts with photos...(including one with the sky filled with " LOVE U" before someone ruined it with a very badly written " JESUS LOVES U"

Festival of fantasy was AMAZING. the last 2 floats were awesome!
also, despite the wind, the fire was breathing fire. not so much but she did.

also, despite what someone said, most of the hub sections are STILL CLOSED.

the part behind walt and mickey was not touched and is still bare.

I might be a good plan. It is cold down here right now and the forecast is for snow, but, compared to what is going on north of us, this is like a cabana on a tropical beach. I have yet to regret my decision to move.

I should probably clarify that when I said there was snow in the forecast, I'm talking about an inch or two followed by freezing rain. The good news is that when that happens down here, no one expects you to have to go out at all. It practically shuts down. Florida is pretty safe from the threat of snow or significant icing. However, it does go to the opposite direction in the summer where you become a human roasting chicken. I'm happy with the middle of the road, which is N. Carolina. We get some nasty stuff but the total number of days per year like that would be about 5 on average.
I have some friends who just moved from Brantford to Huntersville, NC.
She just posted a pic of her son doing the "happy dance" for a declared snow day tomorrow.

Her comment was that back in Brantford, 1" of snow isn't even worth clearing your windshield for ... let alone closing schools.

A good blowout and a product from my salon. Product isn't cheap, but certainly worth it not to have my hair look like carp during the entire summer
Or you know, you could just add a squirt of mousse and embrace the curls.
I wash my hair every second or third day. Takes me 2 minutes on the day I wash it (after it air dries) and 30 seconds the day(s) in between.

I can spend two minutes on my hair or 30 ... looks the same either way.
Y'all have seen enough photos to know that the only thing that varies slightly is the length.

I can't do that.

With my hair, either ya blow dry it, or it frizzes.

And I absolutely hate my curls. I've been considering getting a permanent straightening treatment for the summer because of how much I hate my curls. I look ridiculous with curls. I've hated my curls ever since I was a kid. My mom would help me blow them out.
