You know, I will be seeking a way to get the ingredients..Havent done a filet wellington in.. a decade! D:

Hope you're able to find the ingredients, and that it turns out delicious...! :)

The last, and only, time I ever remember ordering Beef Wellington off a restaurant menu (although, I've had it at different events over the years) was back in about '86 at a long-since defunct local little bistro called Chez Fred. I do remember it being darn delicious though. :hungry:
But, I can't even remember the last time I saw it on a menu of any restaurant we've been to since.
Of course, that's probably directly related to the types of places we tend to go to...you're just not gonna' find Beef Wellington on the menus of BBQ, Tex-Mex, funky little places the kiddos hip us to, etc....!!! :hilarious:

I'm not 100% sure, but I think The Disney Wonder had the beef wellington in the formal night. on the Alaska cruise.
