OK, I need some clarification here. You consider it a chore to turn on the dishwasher? I do that once every 3 days or so, but, I also run the rinse cycle everyday. I should be shedding pounds in double digits per week. So now that you have taken care of that little chore, what do you plan on doing with the extra 45 seconds? ;):D
The time of 45 seconds was considering that you probably had to add the detergent, close the door, and either push the start button or turn the setting ****. Seriously?... k nob?

Hey wait a minute! You forgot about taking the dishes out of the dishwasher after the cycle is done, and then putting them up in the kitchen cabinets. It's not easy, you know!! :p

Just use them out of the dishwasher since you only run it once a week, why bother to put them in the cabinets. Take them out clean use them and put them back in dirty. See I just saved you another 15 minutes, now if you could just get some snow you could use that time to go out and make snow angels.

Has anyone heard from Bethymouse? I have not seen her post anything for a long time.. I know at one point (I thought) she had mentioned that her family wanted to move to Florida. Just was wondering if she did and how it was going..

Morning everybody, its my second day at the hospital. I just got done having liquid breakfast (water ice, orange jello and apple juice) My mom is supposed to arrive to the hospital sometime this morning or afternoon. So far my temperature is much. better today and will be getting a colonoscopy sometime tommorow.

Feel a bit better now, just got up from a nap. I had a pretty bad head ache at 3:00pm and had a bit of a hard time eating but it later calmed down. I heard doctor tell me that I might possibly return home tomorow after I have my colposcopy early to tommorow morning.

Glad you are feeling better, I hope you do get to go home tomorrow!

I do not like emptying the dishwasher either, I time myself in the past just to see how long it takes me. With a full dishwasher I can get it emptied in about 3 minutes. So whenever I don't feel like emptying it, I just tell myself it is only 3 minutes. That is just about the amount of time it takes Kapono to go outside, sniff around and do her business.

No, I haven't seen any posts from Bethymouse in quite a while. She used to post from time to time up in News and Rumors and in the General forums.

The hardest part about moving south would be being away from my mom. But I also fully expect that once my brother is no longer in school that my parents will at the very least be snowbirds, if not completely moving to Hilton Head eventually, especially if I'm already down south.

Get the idea your folks don't care for the cold either.

There was a man that stayed at POR in the same mansion room for 3 months every year for years. Whenever we did spring bread there he'd be. Had a perfect room first floor lined up with main bridge to the main building facing the river and mill wheel.

Good luck with the procedure this morning!
Prayers that all goes well, you feel much better, and that you get to go home today...! :)
