I can't eat much garlic either. I went to skipping it most of the time.

I love love love Garlic.

I make a mayo/sour cream/buttermilk based garlic salad dressing. It is awesome. I use it for a dip or topping for fish, for raw veggies, cheese chunks and of course salad. I make about 2 quarts of it at a time and give some to my neighbor and my Mom. My Dad use to love it too, he dipped pretzels and chips in it also.

They had shrimp every day when we took a cruise on RCCL, but I've heard....just like Disney their food service has gone downhill. Probably won't do a cruise on them anymore. But if you want good shows, fun, RCCL is very good. Way better than what we experienced on our our first cruise with another cruise line. But as we are getting older, I'm more about relaxation and food!

I would love to see the ships freezers and refrigerators stocked as they set sail. With all the guests and just the amount of shrimp alone they serve that area of the ship has to be quite a sight to see.

My Bachelor's degree is in a box in the basement, and I was going to frame my master's degree. I bought a frame and everything, but it hasn't happened yet. It's been almost 10 years now for that master's degree. On the flip side I have a lot of nice Disney art work on the walls that seemed to get framed and hung right away.....:)

What you need is a Disney frame for your diploma, that would complement all the other Disney art work on the walls. I think your Masters certificate would look great in this --

So I joined an adult soccer league. My first soccer game since the beginning of high school totally kicked my @$$. I'm thinking I shouldn't have run the couple miles I did this morning.

I played in a youth soccer league for two years before we finally got it in our our HS athletics program, after lobbying the school board. I played varsity my junior and senior years. I was a starter, and pretty much played every game in full. Running around for 90 mins. back in the day was quite invigorating.
After HS I played in an IBM league with my pop 'til I was 21 and no longer considered a "dependent".
Then, one of the guys on the IBM team asked me to play on his city league team that he coached. I was the only guy on the team that didn't speak fluent Spanish...fortunately, he and his assistant coach did.
By the second season, I was really starting to feel it. Of course, it didn't help at all that, at the time, I was also partying a "bit" :cautious: more than I ever had.
Plus, the only other "activity" I was getting was also playing city league softball (I played hardball every year from the time I was 6 'til I was 17), which as anyone, from around here anyway, knows isn't much much activity and involves - or used to - quite a bit of beer consumption .
Pretty much gave up both shortly thereafter.
Took me 'till my mid-thirties to lose some weight and again get back in a bit of shape (eating and drinking less, walking and rollerblading).
But, even if I got back in the best shape I possibly could at this age, there is no way in h e l l I could play 90 mins. of soccer against guys half my age.
Which is kinda' funny actually, bein' that my pop played in that IBM league until he was 55... :cyclops:
Granted, he played defense and didn't play full games, but he was one of the most tenacious guys out there. He's 5'-7", but, he had stumps for legs. He could still move quickly at that age.

I got on those rollerblades, that I got for my recent b-day, this weekend. By the second day I was feeling it, but, I was also "good" feeling it.
We'll see where this all leads...hopefully not to the ER...! :cautious:  ;) :)

I loved soccer!
Hope you stick with it and get back in the groove...! :)

There is a video of exactly that in the food documentary of the Oasis of the Seas.
I remember they mentioned more than 4,000 lobster tails per week. approximately 900Kg (almost 1 ton of lobster).
I particularly loved the amazing burger patty machine.
