My foot feels a whole lot better today. I have stayed off of it a lot, since my last doctor's appointment on Friday. Not sure what the podiatrist will tell me, but I leave for his office in about an hour's time.

About the wheelchair at WDW. I only plan on using one in the parks. We are renting a car for the parks, and when we go to the MK, it will be the bus, because it takes you directly to the MK. No ferry or monorails for me, most likely this trip.

Although, I usually make it a point to visit the Grand Floridian at some point in my trip, just to rest. Although, I can take a boat over there. The ramps up to the monorail, are killers, with good feet.
Good luck and I hope he/she can come up with a good solution for your foot issues. get well soon xoxo

Someday I'd like to try the 4 park challenge. It isn't rare for us to do two parks in a day, actually very common. On weird days with weather we will sometimes hit 3. A couple years ago we had the best day with rain hopping to three parks. We managed to hit some great attractions during downpours, come out to breaks in rain and repeat. All the stars aligned in our favor even though it rained from around 8am till 5pm.
We ended it with AK walking onto everything with zip wait and concluded our day at Flame with ribs. 4 parks is on my bucket list.

He became my special Rib slurping friend at Flame. I know you are not suppose to feed but you know when your choices are to feed or be attacked. I shared. He was grateful, as was I.

and the other Pic is of shoes I wanted. Minnie.
I can't say we've ever done more than two parks a day. I've gotten to the point where I've been so many times that I no longer rush around. Except if the plan in January had worked out that we would have been in Disneyland on our last day in Cali, I would have gone to one of the parks that night just so I could be like, "I was in Disneyland yesterday." Guess I will have to settle for, "I was in Disneyland last week" instead. :angelic: It's probably a better idea for me to get there, get some rest, adjust to the time difference, do my laundry...

Woof.
Left the office a little early 'cause there was a storm movin' in. Shoulda' left about 15 minutes earlier. About halfway down my old country back road, the bottom dropped out.
High winds, heavy downpour with rain coming down sideways in sheets.
By the time I got near the house, the wind had calmed down, but, it was still pouring. Water running everywhere.
We needed it, though. First good rain in a few weeks. :)
I hope we get some rain, soon. We still are having trouble with the wildfires and smoke. It hasn't rained here for what seems like forever.

Ya know ... It has been FAR too long since I last posted anywhere on this site. Look what has happened! Maybe I'll stop lurking and start participating again. I still love Disney, even with their foibles and mis-steps over the past few years. Going back again to celebrate my 60th in a couple of months. I will NEVER grow up!
Welcome to the "fun" place! I'm 68 and I feel like a teenager in Disney.

We have walk up delivery. We finally have a good person, but I can't tell you how many times we have had to call the Post Office. Our mail, and often my neighbor's mail would end up at a few different places in the neighborhood. We would get other people's mail. And sometimes, it wouldn't show up at all for a few days.
I once got a Christmas Card from my sister....it was only 5 years late. It seems it vacationed in California.:rolleyes:;)
