We got the new camera but what an ordeal. We got an e mail saying it was ready for pick up but when we got there at opening this morning they couldn't find it. Long story short after a bit of searching they couldn't find it so we got the next model up for $10 less than we paid for the one we ordered. Good customer service at least. Now I have to figure it out.:eek::eek::eek: After I get my cooking done I hope to have time to figure it out, it may take a while, a very long while. First I have to find the power button and I'm sure it will go down hill from there:confused:
Maybe you should have the kids take a look at it (at home, not venturing with it), and then teach you.

is Charleston a nice place ? I keep hearing that name but no idea about tourism or visiting.
Charleston is a beautiful place. It is a very historic area so a history buff is in heaven there. The waterfront area is preserved in a manner that resembles colonial days and it very scenic and pleasant. You can look out into the bay and see Fort Sumter where the first shots in the civil war were fired or take a boat over to it and wander around the old Fort. There are also some mothballed ships in the harbor that can be explored. One huge one is an old Aircraft carrier, the Yorktown, to tour as well as one of the first nuclear submarines. It is surrounded by beaches, natural preserves and pirate lure.

I'm not sure how interesting that would be for someone that doesn't live in this country, but, it is a very well known tourist destination.

There might be I got a dozen avacados yesterday
ironically.. Avocados are seriously expensive over here.
I dont know if the Narc or companies are on purposely manipulating the offer (like they did with the lemon a few years ago to inflate prices).
Because.. supermarket = 8 USD per kilo of avocado, thats insane. (used to be 2 USD only)
but if you try those local farmer.. they are still cheap. (hence the market manipulation)

I made this joke related to that.

Avocado so expensive.. they are worth more than diamonds and rubies.
Worth of A queen ;)

Definitively like history spots.
I have a knack for old war zones like forts and stuff..
I also wanted to visit one of these haunted ships, like the USS Hornet

If you like haunted, Charleston is absolutely over flowing with "haunted" locations. There are walking tours of haunted jails, haunted cemeteries (which is probably appropriate) and haunted buildings.

My WDW trip is just 50 days away. I have done all the important preplanning stuff. Now comes the hard part, which is the waiting. This next trip is special, since I get to spend my birthday at WDW. I haven't done that since 1997, which coincidentally was my first ever trip to WDW.

Very cool! :)
Only one of the 5 of us (DWifey, myself, 2 DDs, and DS) has ever spent our birthday at WDW...oldest DD spent her 10th, 13th, Sweet 16th (free gifts out the wazoo from the resort concierge that I've posted about before ;)), and she was proposed to in front of Cinderella Castle on her 21st birthday in July of '12...!!!

It'll be here before ya' know it!
Have an awesome birthday trip...!!! :)
