Yep, you'd think I might be a "Wing King", but, I'm not. I like good ones well enough, like at 'Ohana for instance, where they come with the meal, but, I never order them, anywhere.
It has always just seemed like a marketing gimmick to sell the less desirable parts of chicken, IMHO.
There are always sooooo many more appetizing things on the menu at the places we go...! :hungry:

And they are messy, difficult to eat and if you watch someone eating them they look like cave people, lol.

Are the ones at Ohana's boneless or the real deal? I have not eaten at Ohana's in many years and I know the menu offerings were kinda sliced and diced. Is it still worth the $$$???

Cuckoo times in Dallas tonight. :(

Yep. So wish the politicians would shut up rather than speak without some facts and rile up the crazies. Can't wrap my brain around 3 officers down, to what end? All of this makes me so sad. We have had over 2000 shootings in Chicago this year so far without police being involved. 60 over the 4th weekend and 2 of them little kids. It is beyond Cuckoo.

I dont know if that changed, but back in february in 2015.. They were normal wings.
Still not amused that they served me undercooked ones. And I had the wings of Rainforest.. way better.

Well, what do you do after you get downsized from a job after 19 years? You go to wine country, of course! So here we are, back again.

First stop was Jamesport Vineyards. Good wine, but expensive - $18.00 per tasting (per person)!

Then on to Sherwood House Vineyards. Phil took this of me enjoying a taste of Cabernet Franc.

I don't know what the hell I am smiling about. I'm downsized, remember? Oh yeah, maybe it's that little severance package that might allow a trip back to the world. :)

Anyway, here is a shot of one of the many vineyards out on Long Island East End.

And here is a good philosophy about life ; )

They also have some apple cider mills out there, and we went to one of those next:

Errr, anyway, we finished it up at Kontakosta Winery which is all the way out as far as you can go on the East End, in Greenport, on a cliff, and since I couldn't decide on white or rose, I tried both!

Annnyway, there is a slight possibility that we bought a little too much wine, but you be the judge. ;)

And naturally, this drunk has already claimed a bottle for himself.

Happy July 2016 everyone. :)

Well you know how I feel about WDW.
You need WDW it is essential for your mental health.
Did Phil at least spring for the pile of wine?

This photo is beyond beautiful

And I best not comment on "And here is the rat b@stard who won't let me go back to WDW, Grrrr. "

What is it about your man that hates Disney? Didn't he bail on the waterpark too?

I'm just going to have to go with someone else. He's such a pain in the neck. I am getting a fairly significant payment from my previous job next Friday and it is burning a hole in my pocket to book a trip to WDW. Argh. What to do.............

So I did something today that I hope will get me a bonus at the pearly gates. My ex called and asked me to book a trip for him and his other daughter....for Christmas......and would I make all the dining arrangements. Mind you when it was OUR daughter's birthday he didn't do anything. No card, no present, nothing. :bored:

I thought about it and it made me angry to the point my chest hurt so being like pulling off a bandaid, I just did it and don't have to worry about it anymore. Surprisingly I could not get a HoopDeDoo ADR for the days they will be there but I scored an ADR at CRT on Christmas Day. Yep, that's gotta be worth some brownie points.
Big time points!
