I want the green and blue eyed kitten. My eyes look like that some days. If I wear, green..green it's blue ditto. Mine have become crossed too!

I liked the 2nd one when I was a kid, but not as much as the first. The 3rd one wasn't my favorite. I only saw it once. I can't count the number of times I watched the original, and I watched the second one several times, too.The sequels were just a little meh. I still watched them though.

Not pertaining to the family that lost their dear child at all, 'cause that would have been one of the last things on my mind just strolling/splashing a little in the water along the beach at GF.
But, when it comes to the stuff you mentioned, and other similar stuff, you can't fix stupid. People can be dumber than dumb on top of dumb with extra dumb sauce. This is why I suggested in the other thread that Disney just needs to hand out a pamphlet/flyer to every resort Guest at checkin, regarding the potential dangers of indigenous wildlife. Proper signage is great too, but, to me anyway, the hard copy warning at checkin would accomplish two things...first, to properly, and rightfully so, alert the Guests, and second, yes...CYA.
It's Florida...one of their most prominent college football teams is named the "Gators".

I want/need pictures. Who cares if others are going around the same, everyone has different perspectives to pictures.

I agree with you, adding new more descriptive signs and a pamphlet at the desk and in the rooms would have been a good spot to start. It could even be included in the terms and conditions of checking and booking. It would be better than fences/posts with ropes.

Me too! I love Las Halles. My favorite place for a treat. I've been known to take a lactaid and eat a custard desert. Then run to the resort, or bathroom!

So, we're going to DL next week...
But it looks like I'll be going again before my annual pass will expire! I was going to ask my best friend if she wanted to go, but right when I was about to talk to her about it, she lost her job.
She's going on a couple of interviews, and I don't think she'll have any trouble getting another job, but of course I'm not going to ask someone who just lost their job, "Hey, do you want to go on vacation?" When I get back from my trip, I am still going to ask her, but realizing that she might have to say no.
BUT, I talked to the mom of the friend I took to WDW several years ago, and she said they could definitely do it financially (her mom will help her out with the expenses), so if my other friend says no, she will most likely say yes!
We'll just have to go when she's off school, which would be early January.
So...DISNEYLAND!!! There I shall go, and there I shall return.

No, Betty, you don't need to leave. The thread being depressing has nothing to do with you and everything to do with the fact that it's just been an absolutely horrible week for individual members and for this country in general.
