IDK if this has been discussed or not, but I have to wonder whether or not part of the problem with the gators in Seven Seas Lagoon is due to people feeding them in the bungalows at Poly.

Just a thought.

It's no doubt the same one. I don't know how long they've been picketing funerals, but it's been probably at least 20- 30 years. I saw Fred Phelps on the Ricki Lake show when I was still in high school and he had already started back then, going to funerals of anyone who had had AIDS. He moved on to military funerals about a decade ago, shortly after 9/11.

As Minnie said, this will be my only comment on this too (because IMO I believe it's a topic that doesn't belong in The Mom's ChitChat thread) but some people are just plain idiots that can't tolerate others. There will always be hate in the world.

It's just too bad they can't put their energies into something that would actually help mankind. It must be so tiresome to be so hateful in life.

Mine either!! I LOVED that movie growing up. And of course I loved the sequel as well!

The sequels were just a little meh. I still watched them though.

Minorly freaking out. I asked some friends a year ago if we could stay with them when we visit my dad this summer. We've stayed with them the last 2 trips. They said no problem. I let them know when we were looking at coming, they said it sounded fine, but to let them know when we had firm dates. So once we booked flights, we gave them the info and never heard back. Then a month ago, I reminded them of the dates and said I needed to confirm so I could make other arrangements if it wasn't going to work out. Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, then they said, sorry, they'd been out of town, they needed to check the dates and get back to us....then this morning we get a message that it's not going to work out. 3 weeks before we're there. I have 3 weeks to find somewhere else to stay. I did find a hotel room for $45 a night on weekdays, but Friday nights cost $105. I'd rather not spend any money on a hotel as we didn't budget for that, thinking we'd be staying with friends. Looks like our itinerary is going to change!

That's too bad that they flaked out on you.im sure you will find something decent.

So did anyone else watch the opening special for Shanghai Disneyland that ran a n one of the Disney Chanel? I was really disappointed in the special, I wanted to see them show parts of the park, maybe some behind the scenes, a little timeline of construction or something but they didn't do that at all.

I forgot about the whipped cream. Why doesn't it surprise me that you could eat a whole can of whipped cream and think to put it on crackers.

Never done a whole can by myself; however, I have squirted some straight out of the can, into my mouth!

I believe they use Edy's which is one of the best. However, too many plain flavors.

Never been a problem for moi -- I just ask the CM to dump a lot of goodies on top!

Ugh. Thought I was going to lose my mind with all the talking that Sophia Carson did. I had to actually turn off the special. I'll watch it on YouTube (other WDW forum members have posted that this other version does not have her talking--thank goodness.) Just haven't had a chance yet to catch up with that one this weekend.

I would love to have all of them. Sorry for adding more depressing things. I'm going to seriously, keep family drama to myself. I hope everyone will forgive me. Let me know in Private Mail, if you think I should call it quits on here. Not asking for anything other than, yes....leave....no....don't leave. I will abide by those on this forum. I won't take offense . Just need to know if I've outstayed my welcome. Also, my posts for October pictures, will not happen, as other people are going to that venue also.
