O.k. peeps!! I've got some piccies for you from my vacation last week!! None of them came out all that well, but I picked the least hideous ones to share. :D

In order below (they'll have to be clicked on to see them larger and clearer) are, starting with a few from the Flower & Garden Festival:

1. Topiary of Mickey and Minnie (heading toward World Showcase, from Future World)
2. Floating flowers in the water behind Spaceship Earth and the overhead monorail
3. Topiary of Lady and the Tramp (Italy Pavilion)
4 Hanging flower baskets, World Showcase

1. Since @ajrwdwgirl and @Wrangler-Rick took pix of the St. George statue, at the Germany Pavilion on their trips, I took one too! It's not nearly as good as the pix they took, but I thought I'd join in the "tradition" of taking a piccie of St. George!
2. This was an animal carving at the base of the Tree of Life in AK
3. Rafiki !!! (Inside Conservation Station in AK; my flash didn't work, so not great :() But I really like Rafiki, so I put him here.

Lastly--

I had planned to head over to the American Pavilion to see the Herman's Hermits outdoor concert; but along the way, I was completely mesmerized by the outstanding Chinese acrobats at the China Pavilion. I couldn't really do any decent action shots with my dopey camera, but here are a few general ones. I'm kinda bummed that they don't clearly show the intricate details in the costumes of the men and women performers.

I like Peter Noone. I saw him for the first time a couple years ago at Disney and realized I knew some his songs. Add on the nice sense of humour and accent and you got yourself a perfect act.

I had also seen him a few years ago as well. He was a riot and really played to the crowd. I recall it was a fun concert. I was torn about staying to watch the acrobats or run over to see Herman's Hermits, but since i had seen HH a few years ago, I stayed to watch the acrobats. Glad I did. They were awesome.

I saw HH open for The Monkees a few times. :)

As someone who has had major bladder reconstructive surgery; is now on my third scrip for over-active bladder syndrome (Detrol LA -> Vesicare -> Toviaz); is taking another medication that made me violently ill for four weeks; and am seriously looking at Botox as a bladder paralytic - let me tell you, I ain't fussy.

Red Solo cups work just fine. 'Cause my bladder doesn't. ;)
yikes, Sympathy like!

One weekend my DD was having a pretty rough time with the workload away at college. I transferred money to her account told her to order Outback filet etc, a bloomin' Onion, get on the bus, pick it up and when she got off the bus afterwards pick up a frozen yogurt which she loves also and she would feel better after her tummy and mouth were cheered up.

As much as she loves steak she really enjoyed the bloomin' onion. Multiple times after she ordered just a Bloomin' after she made the trip to Target which was next to Outback. She said it made the bus smell yummy.:hungry:
the Bloomin' breading is definitively addictive.. their sauce too. very nice combination!
