It probably won't be cold, but I must point out that the Carolina's have had an unusual amount of rain too. Most of the storms have passed over the whole south east this year. It's been very, very damp.

If there is a deluge exit 17-22 Lumberton NC I-95 is pretty much underwater. Motels, restaurants and the homes get flooded , under water . That area cannot take huge rains or worse. I traveled post rain many times and it was a mess. That road is a major travel road to get points north and south.
