Cheaper her than Md:D Did I mention staying warm and dry:D
We still have a few full-service gas stations here. So, on the rare occasions that I need to get gas, I'll go to those. (Weather has nothing to do with it. I like the social aspect -- similar to choosing a clerk at a register, versus self check-out machines.)

Now, hubs will only goes to the self-service stations, and he gets the gas 95% of the time anyway.

We don't have any full service gas stations here. But I wouldn't use them even if we did. I have one of those capless gas containers, and I don't trust anyone to put gas in it besides me. No, I don't even have my parents go put gas in my car. Or drive my car for that matter. 😂

Less snow here in MD too. Just sayin'. 😇
And if snow does come down hard in MD/DC/VA states do not know how to handle ( ie big snowfall in Fredericksburg VA area I-95, a number of truckers and vehicles owners , families stranded in their vehicles for several days until being rescued ). NJ I have to say is on point in pre salt, plowing roads while snowing and post snow clean up.

Then you would be not a happy camper traveling in NJ .

I like the gas stations near Disney Springs and Boardwalk. After you pump your own gas there are hand sanitizer gel wall units by the pumps to clean your hands so they don't smell like gas and other contaminants after pumping gas.

There are still 2 that I know of here in the Austin area. One is in west-central Austin in an older, affluent neighborhood. The other is in the city just southwest of Austin that the firm is located in.
Very affluent…prominent doctors, lawyers, architects, etc. ;)
My cardiologist, Ravens kicker Justin Tucker’s dad Paul, lives there (name dropper…!!!!!:D:hilarious:).
We’ve done many multi-million-dollar homes and commercial projects there.
Does not surprise me at all that there are still a coupla’ full-service stations in those areas…!!! :)

Don't you wear shorts if it's above like 50 degrees?

I've been wearing flip flops outside to go grab my mail in spite of it being like 40 something degrees. I think my neighbors might think I'm crazy. I don't really care...
That is correct, 50 degrees the long pants take a hike on their own. Today I don't think it got above 49 degrees.

I was referring to myself as the name dropper, but, yes, he is the GOAT, and his father should be, too…!!! ;) :)
Before Cal Ripken Jr divorced his first wife, I used to drive by his house on a regular basis and point it out to people. Then he sold it to Adam Jones (Orioles center fielder), but then Adam Jones went to play in Japan before eventually retiring as an Oriole here this past season, so he sold the house. No idea who owns it now, but Cal lived there for a very long time.

I'm surprised that the governor hasn't branded it a woke.

I'm slowly turning into my father...

I saw that the Thomas Kinkade website was having a sale and I ordered three pieces of art for the basement. Because my brain goes "Oh cool, blank walls. We can put up art." Which is exactly how my father's brain works. 🙄
Artwork isn't a bad idea for walls.

I do not do Artwork empty spaces on walls though. Nintendo video game boxes are on walls instead. It is in video game room that has a Super Mario clock.
