The proper etiquette for when parental unit(s) come for a holiday meal is to send them home with at least 4 days worth of food/an hour's worth for the boys;)
In fairness, I did get enough turkey for one meal and a small bowl amount of salad. Both of which I provided for the meal. They like Turkey as a family with a college student son and my daughter that lives on salad, I didn't have a chance and pretty much everything else was consumed.

I used to love the (original) 1974 series, Land of the Lost. It was in the Saturday morning lineup of TV shows. Marty and his brother, Sid, Krofft created some campy shows over the years. (By the way, until I just read this, I didn't recall that the brothers also created the Donny and Marie Show.)

RIP, Marty. :(
Loved Land of the Lost and Sigmund and the Sea Monster. Ugh, parts of our childhood are passing away.

When did Microsoft Office become paid? I got it for free when I had my previous computer and my current one I didn't want to pay for just Word so I have a free version.

It's been subscription based for a while now. It's hard to find it as a perpetual license. I currently have it using my school's license. Before I was a student again, I used my work sign on for it. As someone who used to work in IT, I am 90% certain they were neither paying attention nor cared that I was using my work license on my personal computer.

They put it on everything except the pies, so only gross in regard to the volume of food they ate this week. They also think they're funny but they're not as they both weighed in this morning just to be annoying, guess who didn't gain weight. Life is so unfair.
In regards to this not gaining weight , I've been following professional eater and bodybuilder from the UK , Leah Shutkever. The amount of food she eats in record time in her videos is amazing.

Not a gravy person but isn't it just like having super thick soup?? 🤣 🤣 🤣
Gravy is good when you have the Thanksgiving turkey my late grandma made. Her Thanksgiving turkey was known to be very dry. Grandma even found a way too take juice out of a butterball turkey in the oven:jawdrop:.

The thing with gravy is, it is only good depending on who makes it. I have an aunt that doesn't strain anything including gravy and it shows.
