Not a huge fan of the Hough siblings so we didn't watch. I totally agree with you and showing the other magical areas. I'm assuming it was much like trying to watch the Macy parade for the actual parade and not all the extra entertainment.

I get a little creeped out by the Hough sibilings when they dance together. I don't know why, well maybe because I think of ballroom dance as something kind of romantic so to see a brother and sister ballroom dance it just creeps me out a little. Although I will admit the Houghs don't dance provocatively but still, maybe it is just me though.

I had snow on Sunday morning after getting it on Halloween. Good news is the snow wasn't even an inch. High temps for the last 2 days were in the 20s and today was 22 as a high with 12 degrees as a low.
I did have hot cocoa the last 5 days. For 3 days, I had green colored cocoa. For the last 2 days I had yellow colored cocoa. I had those colors of cocoa from the Harry potter cocoa bottles I used up.

I can't wait for my tax class to be over with.

Also, although I am an accountant, please do not ask me for tax advice. I have none to give.
The two worst accounting classes I had in college were tax and cost accounting. Tax is crap for most everyone but what completely made it disasterous was the fact that I had both of them in the same semester. Complicated in themselves, it was quadrupled by the fact that the college hired a new professor that had been the CEO of a major company and had retired but wanted to teach. The problem was that this guy knew those two subjects like the back of his hand, but he didn't know how to tell others about it.

I was never the top layer of my class but even those that were became hopelessly lost in both of the classes he taught. About half way through the semester, on a school break he had an heart attack and passed away. Sad as that was it seemed like we were going to maybe get someone new that might pull us out of the ditch. So in a display of unconsciousness they hired a new person to teach it. He might have also been quite well versed on the subjects (I'm not sure about the Tax Accounting) because he was fairly fresh from the country of India and had that famous Indian accent that was next to impossible to understand, complicated by the fact that he spoke really, really fast.

So we went from in the ditch to having the ditch filled with water over our heads. Even the highest of achievers were failing and it got so ridiculous that we just spent the class chatting back and forth during the entire class time. The head of the Accounting Dept. finally came in at the end of the semester and told us all that we were being given a C for the class. For me that was probably an acceptable grade, but for the GPA seekers it was highly depressing. Good times!
