I used to love the (original) 1974 series, Land of the Lost. It was in the Saturday morning lineup of TV shows. Marty and his brother, Sid, Krofft created some campy shows over the years. (By the way, until I just read this, I didn't recall that the brothers also created the Donny and Marie Show.)

RIP, Marty. :(

Cassettes is one sign that I'm not a spring chicken. I remembered my mom 's 1983 van had a cassette player in it and I recalled cassettes getting played in that van.
Cassettes were my thing in the 1970s and 80s. I was too cheap to buy a new cassette so I borrowed my friend's cassette of Led Zeppilin or Rolling Stones and copied the music on a blank cassette on my good ol dual cassette deck back in the day. I did not really buy much music since I could copy it for free minus buying a bunch of blank cassettes .

I had pack of blank cassettes back in the 90s. I got them as a Christmas gift from grandparents.

They came in handy for a music appreciation project back when I was High School back in the 90s. That project was a group project and the cassette tapes were needed for recording and an "A" on the project.
