I have learned that stretching prepares your muscles for a workout. Warms them up. It helps to stretch as we get older too.

Oh yes, age is definitely a factor. That’s why we thought it was excessive, as we were so young, and hadn’t been stretching nearly that long before games in the Town & Country league we played in before the HS initiated soccer into our athletic program.
These days, I need to stretch for 10 mins. just to walk out to my car on the driveway…!!!!! 😀 :hilarious:🤣;):hilarious:

I also have an efile, which I used to take off my last set. I just bought it and it’s my new favorite nail tool.
Make sure to wipe the bottle necks before sealing or they'll glue themselves shut. Also keep them UPRIGHT!!!!
Get some lint free wipes to wipe your top coat brush on between dipping into the bottle and between fingers or glued gunk
Get a bottle of pure acetone for emergencies, trust me on that;)
You call my nails long. Currently they're too short to be serviced by at least 4 salons I know of. Joisey is interesting
Which efile?

I use the Sally Hansen cuticle oil. I think they put pixie dust or something in it because I’ve tried a couple of different brands and that one is the best.

I do have acetone. I was doing gel for a while, but my skin has been saying no so I’ve switched to powder.
