(Just as a side note only, and only for people who may have higher blood pressure -- best for those folks to take Coriciden HBP, as it doesn't have a certain ingredient that many of the OTC decongestant meds have.)

I think 99 percent of the people didn't remember him playing football and the people that did that are really up in age now if they are alive.

He did play American Football in college to my understanding, but suffered an knee injury in training camp after being drafted in the NFL in 1958 and didn't play professionally as a result. He was drafted due to him having all conference honors.

What happened was he had surgery on one knee in college and he injured the other knee in training camp in the National Football League with thearpy needed. The one thing he had going for him was he was earning a degree in education while in college. He became a coach with a teaching degree.

I remember 1999, but I didn't party in 1999 either though. Media overplaying the Y2K apocalypse that year claiming computer problems.

I attended a NASCAR Race that Casey Atwood was the youngest driver to win a race in NASCAR history at the time.

I know columbine happened that year. A couple weeks after Columbine, I recalled a student did a creative essay for class in college. I am not going to mention exactly because the nature of what I recalled easily can into politics.

I was a pro wrestling fan in 1999 and one of my favorite wrestlers died from equipment failure that happened 78 feet in the air and fall down in the ring:(. I am referring to Owen Hart. His family lost a husband, parent, and brother. What happened was someone in the WWE wanted Owen Hart be lowered in the ring use a harness instead of going into the ring normally. That meant the plan was for Owen to go from the rafters in the arena and be lowered down into the ring while using a safety harness.

I watched the Phantom Menace and South Park: the movie the theater that year.
